One of the victim's dad was speaking for his dead son, not the 2nd victim or others injured by the convicted Islamic terrorist - it was merely his opinion. Others have remained silent probably still raw with anger and grief how it could have happened in The UK so soon again.
Which other country that repeatedly experienced terrorism of this kind since 9/11 has not named the killer/s? I believe a strong deterrent is the absolute minimum going forward eg a long imprisonment without parole for many decades. If not born in The UK deportation a must post serving sentence - rehabilitated or not whilst in prison. |

I thought Khan was the one expressing hate?
or was just mentally ill .... |

By:
terrorist attacker
1,suicide bomber 2,killed in the act 3,killed in the aftermath by firearms officer wtf would a longer prison sentence be a deterrent said it before its like a kamakazie pilot paying the mortgage before taking off |
|
By:
all this outrage over two sad deaths by an islamist and we have them every day in Landan with Khan, Dick May and Abbott all contributing to the complete chaos on the street not just deaths but thousands of stabbings, fights, intimidation
we get the politicos saying they will do this and that about this khan incident but nothing happening about the daily slaughter wounding and plain nastiness in fact the four above all wanted stop and search curtailed as it was racist you simply wonder?? and abbott will get a 30,000 majority |

Do you lot still hate all Irish people (by your definition they were all terrorists in the 1970-80's weren't they?) and/or all Catholics (again by your def all terrorists) or even just hate the (rep snd unionist) terrorists and what they did? Please bear in mind a chunk of you voted for a party (and many more sympathies with it) that has pro IRA sympathisers on record saying:
"We defend the right of the Irish people to take whatever measures are necessary in their struggle for freedom." In relation to the Warrington bombing (where children were killed) in 1993? Imagine if Corbyn said that about this - this thread would be about 100 pages long. I will now watch the (Russian) tumbleweeds role in regard to the forthcoming answers to this post........... |

I do not and never have with the Irish; just cautious when out and about in public places staying vigilant in case coming across a suspicious package or something. But, I did curse a lot when held up in traffic jams due to incidents owing to them.
But, one cannot compare the IRA with the Islamic terrorist they are like chalk and cheese eg the Irish were/are neighbours; fully integrated in society; sociable; non-dominance; speak English; etc. Can one say the same about the Islamic Community? |

suppose when the card comes along with your number on, do the family of the kid and 6 others injured by a car ploughing into them deliberately, feel any better or worse than those killed by a terrorist attack 3 days earlier
|

apparently the car driver was known to police an episode of some sort not unexpected, another **** up

The father of a man killed in the London Bridge terror attack has launched a stinging attack on Boris Johnson, accusing him of using his son’s death to “make political capital” and taking the country “for a ride”.
Has the Lad been buried ?? |

If my Son had been stabbed to death by a Lunatic 2 weeks ago , I would hardly be interested in what people were saying
And he is still saying it should not have a bearing on future Rehabilitation ,are these people for real ?? |

It defies belief case.
His son's killer was a student of Anjem Choudray, yet his anger is directed at the PM??? Unreal. |

His son's killer was a student of Anjem Choudray, yet his anger is directed at the PM??? Unreal. This is a perfect illustration of the car-crash of Modern Lefty politics for you. A world where Terrorists are Victims. |

By:
......Or it shows why a TV camera or a reporters microphone should never be pointed at someone suffering in a way I hope none of us ever do
|
|
By:
As surprising as the fathers words are, they don't stop the PM from enforcing tougher parole laws etc. A convenient excuse for the govt to just continue to do nothing.
|
|
By:
If the father had said parole in such cases should be made harder, would that have meant Boris would be working on new laws right now?
|
|
By:
The father didn't want the death politicizing, but.............
' London Bridge terror victim planned to vote tactically to oust Tories, his dad reveals' |
|
By:
I've every sympathy to the dead lad's father nevertheless, I'd like to see whatever have gone wrong to allow this convicted Islamic terrorist to do what he did in that room to be reviewed/overhaul and lessons learnt from.
On this occasion the death of a young lad with a generous outlook on people in need, and in general must not be used to dictate the future of any convicted Islamic terrorist or mental health offenders perpetrating this type of crime on the streets of London and elsewhere - the safety of the public is paramount ahead of any politics or emotions of families of victims. A lesson must be learnt from this to ensure it's never repeated ever again even if it means the liberty of an offender of this kind is at stake. Tough! |

One interesting item in todays paper is that Khan had been into drugs. Lost count of the number of times this habit comes up in the aftermath of such atrocities.Cant be 100 % responsible but often noted.Maybe its not the religion but more their playtime habits that influenced behaviour ?

Of course ! The gear made 'em do it ! Why has it taken us so long to realise this simple fact ?
Then again , where are all the indigenous coke heads slaughtering innocent folk on various bridges up and down the country ? Doh ! ![]() |

I've just googled 'Smackheads in suicide vests' ............................... No matching results

The conclusion that I come to is it has nothing to do with Islam - it can't be as there is nothing in the media about this islamic attack. Why don't all you reactionary freaks climb back into your caves.
Thank you and happy winterval. ![]() |

Sarcasm apart, their drug habits might explain the readiness to take their religious beliefs to the extreme while others get on with their lives. Not all druggies go onto violence and not all muslims do but the combination of two is a worry.

Please select one or more of the following to distract and divert conversation from the actual issues under discussion:
The perpetrator had mental health issues. The vast majority of Muslims are peaceful. I know a Doctor who is Muslim and has saved 1000s of lives. Islam is the Religion of Peace and these people do not represent Islam. The West has caused all this by attacking Muslim countries. It's all about the oil. Anders Breivik. Israel. The Far Right has provoked this. It is cultural and nothing to do with Islam. A woman was abused for wearing the hijab on a bus in Burnley. It is written in the holy book and therefore is the law. If you disrespect the prophet you are provoking a backlash. The murder of Jo Cox by a right-wing extremist. Poor, uneducated, promising footballer / rapper and a victim of police surveillance / racism |
|
By:
A mouth-watering list of obfuscations indeed Hank.
Can I please add one shocking omission : "The Tories are responsible for most racism in Britain because Johnson referred to a woman wearing a burqa as looking like a "letter box". |
|
By:
FOOTBALL PUNDIT SAYS .............YACK YACK YACK AND Johnson's fault etc
|
|
By:
The fact that you have elections in a few days and no one has even bothered holding the tories responsible for all the imports they have carried out in the last decade goes to show that people will never be able to look past Islam, or the lefty nonsense they are fed. And the politicians will milk it like they are milking brexit. The public opinion does not matter, because the public never holds the decision makers responsible. Never.
|
|
By:
and let's not forget the public had no reaction to the govt letting a convicted terrorist roam around the city. I mean, not even a protest. In fact not a single parent of the 3 people affected had a problem with that.

BOOM BANG A BANG - now who sang that song or something like it?

By:
ah ha it were dear ole lulu - there you go
we can call it a 'LULU' every time it happens |
|
By:
basu and his lot say it's the 'right' who are rising not these one or two bearded chappies - just how many 'incident' (as dear Dianne calls them) have we had? there's more killings in a week with diaspora and her client base in landan than anything the 'peaceful ones' contribute.
But then that has a lot to do with MAY, KAHN, DICK AND ABBOT - they don't want anyone caught with knives on their person. Especially coming up to winterval - who is going to carve the turkey if they polis take them all away!!?? |

Brilliant Hanx.
Oh look, another disciple of Choudary is roaming our streets. Known as the Ginger Jihadi.. 'A ginger-bearded extremist who was jailed for setting up a stall in Oxford Street to drum up support for ISIS is still posting inflammatory messages online after being let out. Ibrahim Anderson, 40, who is a follower of hate preacher Anjem Choudary, was jailed for three years in 2016 after setting up the stall outside Topshop in 2014. But Anderson, who was caught after outraged Muslim sisters challenged him, showed his Facebook followers an image of an AK-47 assault rifle placed in front of a prayer mat after being released from prison.
