How do you get rid of Him , Can Boris remove him ?

By:
wish he was in charge of VAR
By:
Shift him to the Lords ,he can Snooze all day .

Bercow speaking at the Edinburgh Festival. Not like him to be attention seeking is it .....
By:
He should of mimed it.
By:
The Edinburgh Fringe is a fairly bizarre thing with lots of wacky goings on. Bercow could pass a motion on stage and they'd think it was part of an act.
An entire month of it. That's longer than Chuka Umuna normally stays in a party. |

He started shouting about Democracy
These luvvie remainer types have Just totally ignored the Vote to leave ..If the Vote is not Upheld there may be a lot of people in this country Ignoring a lot more than that ... |
By:
a true democracy would allow the people a choice to change their mind due to all the controversy and its very simple to solve, ask the people "DO YOU WANT A SECOND VOTE ON LEAVING THE EU"answer yes or no.
if the people answer no=leave if the people answer yes=have a second referendum. then the country would be united because it was they who decided and got their chance to change their mind. |
By:
The Speaker's job is to protect the House of Commons, not the government. Any Speaker would be opposed to proroguing the Commons. Even in Putin's Russia they'd raise an eyebrow. Who'd have thought a year ago it would be the Conservatives and not Corbyn's Labour that represented the greater threat to our democratic institutions?
By:
Upholding democracy is the speakers job. How can it possibly be biased saying parliament will get a say? The only people who don't want parliament to get a say are fascists.
By:
Not fit for purpose!

By:
you couldn't make this shoite up never mind write it,bercow is the only person in this without a vote in theory he could be beaten by 660 votes to nil if al mp,s decide to back either mays deal or no deal,
By:
in 48 hrs bojo and his class of clueless idiots have blamed the EU FOR BEEN UNREASONABLE, HAMMOND AND CO FOR BEEN SABATOEURS , AND BERCOW FOR BEEN UNDEMOCRATIC, no wonder larry the cat is in hiding he,s the only one left to blame

Good for John Bercow. He's absolutely right.
Parliament is sacrosanct. Can't be disbanded on the whim of a PM. |
By:
Almost laughable how the knuckle dragging brexiteers spent the whole run up to the referendum shouting about parliamentary democracy. Now they don’t seem to like it.
Suck it up snowflakes. If you don’t like our system go and live somewhere else. |
By:
the sheer gall of remainers to preach about anything , lol
no ones fooled by their whining |
By:
We should learn to understand our fellow human beings , dont trust people like Eboue and Facts who start to preach , they don’t deserve to be trusted
By:
The public voted to leave the EU.
498 MPs voted for Article 50 which would take us out of the EU. And now one man could stand in the way of it being implemented. Is this democracy? |
By:
the public who voted to leave were promised a deal
a better deal the easiest deal in history they were promised to bring back control, bring back democracy to mp,s in the house of commons one man is trying to bypass all 3 of the above ,is that democracy raise you |
By:
The public I'm sure did not vote to leave the EU without a deal.
If there was another referendum today, the result would be vety different. In 2016, the electorate voting in the referendum were conned. |
By:
Once we leave and negotiate a trade deal you can comment, until then pipe down thanks
By:
The public voted to leave , and then negotiate a deal afterwards
not more remainer lies :( |
By:
By the way anti democratic remainers are trying to make sure you can never vote to leave again
By taking no deal off the table You will not get the option to leave if remainers get the chance , don’t trust them |
By:
Thank goodness we have the tories party , for all its faults it will try to uphold the will of the British people and take us out of the EU
never forgive or forget those who are determined to overturn that democratic referendum .. labour , the libdems and snp |
By:
Oh and remainer ***** like Eboue and Facts
By:
It's amazing how these remainers manage to twist the facts to suit their argument then believe the distortion they've created.
I sum them up as poor losers who are attempting to overturn the democratic vote of the people. |
By:
ffs if you win a vote promising
a , a deal b, a better deal c, the easiest deal in history, how is undemocratic to argue against no deal which wasn't mentioned, advised at all during the reff its like voting in the torys and sitting by doing nothing when they invoke all Corbyn policies on the basis you voted us in that's a mandate to do as we please |
By:
I’m beginning to thing the remainers are not particularly intelligent as well as deceitful :(
By:
A combination of foolishness and deceitfuness ! Lol
not a pretty sight |
By:
we,re on our 3rd PM and a minority government of 1,with the current mob thinking of closing down the commons, dont think remainers are doing to badly
By:
Oh well , I suppose we would have to be half mad to argue with that sort of nonsense :(
By:
Hopefully Boris will prevail and get us out , in Oct , or thereabouts , how glorious he will be a great hero
he may not , heroes often fail |
By:
By:
Well I suppose technically he does get a vote actually, he just doesn't exercise it very often.
By:
The precedent you'd set through the shutting down of parliament as the PM can't get their own way would be unbelievably dangerous, it'd just mean any time a PM can't get their way why does it matter, just shut down parliament and do what you want. Don't imagine the same people wanting this would be too thrilled at Corbyn using this precedent in a few years time.

Once we leave and negotiate a trade deal you can comment, until then pipe down thanks --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- .....but, but, but last week "we dont need a trade deal" !!! Seems you are a bit confused again. Anyway trade deal? Pay your debts.......guarantee citizen rights...... agree backstop (NI or UK, either will do). And around we go again. Basically we sign the Withdrawal Agreement now, or we sign it later? |
By:
.....but, but, but last week "we dont need a trade deal"
Don't need a lot of things, but if a decent offer is there then why not? Nasty stutter you've got there by the way Wallflower. |
By:
Lfc was claiming a few weeks ago we don't need any trade deals.
