Mr Eboue honest people (as jurors should be) should only be concerned with factual evidence knowing who's in the trial means very little if the jurors are fit for the task.
As akabula posted earlier everyone knew Rolf Harris was on trial and he was convicted on evidence are you saying the jurors selected in these trials are not fit for purpose and incapable of judging on the evidence provided?
The evidence still stands whatever how has this salient factor been affected?

Mr Eboue & co; I suggest you save your ire for the Muslim rape gangs, not the people who quite rightly don't want to put up with it. That's if you give a damn of course.

Yaxley-Lennon’s behaviour could have caused the breakdown of a criminal trial and guilty men the opportunity to walk free.

If he cared one bit about Britain’s judicial system he would have stayed well clear.

So what did he think he was trying to achieve in this case?

If you’d actually taken the time to familiarize yourself with this case Mr Eboue then you’d know that the prosecution counsel and the Judge at Leeds have both agreed on court transcript that there was nothing in the live stream that could have prejudiced the trial.

He has been found guilty of contempt of court for being in contempt of court. If media outlets had done the same thing, they would be in contempt of court. Stop when this gets tricky for you.

Scum bag signing in. My views are simple, same laws for everyone. But it's not is it. One rule for one and another rule for others, depending on the group.

As for the justice system. A complete joke it is. Drink driver kills a child, no jail time in some instances, absolutely staggering, so sick. No wonder the drive about pi55ed, they don't give a shitt about innocent victims.

Question for those who think TR got justice..

Was the trial ongoing when Tommy asked the defendants how they felt?
By:
Reynard
When: 05 Jul 19 21:24
Apparently he asked the Islamic Paedophile groomers/gang rapists outside Leeds Crown Court , "How do you feel about your verdict?" .... 14 months later (3 of them in solitary) GUILTY AS CHARGED , TAKE HIM DOWN !

On his way into the Old Bailey yesterday his route was blocked numerous times by representatives of the mainstream media who asked Mr Robinson "How do you feel about your case?" .
To the best of my knowledge these contemptible individuals are still free to roam the streets without any fear of having their collars felt . Clearly some contributors to this thread deem this to be perfectly fair and reasonable . I do not , a sin for which I've been described as an 'ignorant bigot' a 'fool' an 'idiot' , 'stupid' and even an 'unemployed scumbag' (ouch!) .
I'm sorry but as I understand things everybody is equal before the law and yet Mr Robinson appears to have been specifically selected for prosecution on a charge which many , including his solicitors , described as 'flimsy' at best . This raises serious questions as to whether his conviction is politically motivated and if it is then surely this is of grave concern to all of us , even Mr Robinsons detractors ?

Mr Eboue

Yes, he was found guilty of contempt of court. Indisputable.

However, he did not, according to the Judge and counsel, act in a way that ‘could have caused the breakdown of a criminal trial and guilty men the opportunity to walk free.’

Two different things.

reynard there are no reporting restrictions on yaxley lennon trial.

he could have asked for them, but chose not to.

its doubtful they would have been granted.

Yes, he was found guilty of contempt of court. Indisputable.

It is indeed indisputable that he was found guilty of contempt of court . What is in dispute is whether he actually was in contempt of court .

How can he have been in contempt when the defendants were arriving to hear their sentencing.

you have to laugh - According to the officials at Leeds Crown Court , it was by their own admission given in evidence yesterday , their failure to make it known that there were reporting restrictions on the trial of the TWENTY NINE Huddersfield Islamic child rapists .

If you choose to drive a coach and horses through every known legal precedent, disregard judicial guidelines and generally make it all up as you go along, then, yes, he is clearly guilty. Mischief

of course he was and he knew he was, as he is a journalist and has undergone training.

he claimed to not be able to find out if there were reporting restrictions, but even if
that is true, he simply had to ask court staff who would all be briefed and able to
confirm restrictions were or were not in place.

being under suspended sentence for same thing should have taught him on top
of his journalism training.

of course he was and he knew he was, as he is a journalist and has undergone training.

That's one hell of an assumption . He's stated , in a court of law , that he was not aware nor could he find any information relating to reporting restrictions . Are you suggesting Mr Robinson is a liar ? Confused
By:
----you-have-to-laugh---
