Just when you think the govt no longer has a backbone
![]() Obviously this is all just personal experience about ethnic groups mixing in the UK, but I'll add my experience. My tennis partner is from India originally and moved as an adult. His kids mix with other races and religions and he is one of the nicest guys I have ever met. He is a christian and pretty devout, but never tries to convert me. He certainly doesn't have a lot of good things to say about the Pakistanis though. |

If she had binned the bag over her head in the 1st place .
Im sure she now wouldnt be with child. |

I agree, the Christian Indians are more sociable and open to integration than non-Christian Indians. Similarly the Pakistani and Indian women, but their men folks,...not at all; too arrogant, domineering and too used to having their own ways at home.

Lots of Sikhs in leeds and a wuite few in Dewsbury, I've never heard a bad word about any of em. I was drinking with an Anglo Indian last night in Dewsbury.

Common sense has prevailed.

Not sure about that. there will be a legal challenge and Sadiq Javed has a big mouth. He might have been better served saying she was in danger here or was a danger to us, both of, which, are true.
By:
Personally , I don't want her to ever set foot in this country again and I fully understand the sentiments , not only in here but also the British public in general . However , legally speaking , I think we're on thin ice and I'm not sure it sets a very good precedent .
I still think we should've sent a drone in . |
By:
They could feed her to the public, she'd feel right at home with that kind of justice.
By:
She would be in danger if she did come back. I am pretty sure about that.
I wonder if she knew what happened to the Yazidi women? Can't the Dutch take her? |
By:
It is on the red button she is being stripped of her UK Citizenship
The reason we can do this is because she has dual nationality as she married a Dutchman So either Holland take her back or she stays where she is She is young and still has her looks, she should find someone to look after her surely |
By:
I approve of this myself, not that my approval was needed
ISIS were evil, we don't want them here |

The reason we can do this is because she has dual nationality as she married a Dutchman Thanks for the clarification , UBLE . I now withdraw my concerns voiced in my earlier post (8.46) |

Why not WD? It is all covered in 2013 by Theresa May no less, basically says your citizenship can be withdrawn at the discretion of the sectretary of state.
It covers that of those seeking to harm the UK or its allies by travelling on a British passport to engage in terrorism related activity. Whether age is brought in could be another thing but still down to the "discretion", that is law. |
By:
From what I heard earlier she has dual citizenship with Bangladesh
By:
Great News hopefully the dutch will sort her and the Child out
By:
I am of the understanding you cannot make someone Stateless and that she needs to be able to get a Passport ? Citizenship from another country. I am of course no expert like all of you who seem so confident. I do know however where there is a fee there is a Solicitor!
By:
The most positive thing about this is for the first time in a couple of years the country is in agreement, about something.

The issuing, withdrawal or refusal of passports gov.uk, google that
That should show a bit ot clarity,pre-emptive legislation in regard what was potentially a portent of things to come. |
By:
i've seen several reports that said she cannot be made stateless so they can only take her british citizenship if she also has the citizenship of another country. her parents being bangladeshi entitles her to their passport but did she actually have one? if not they cant get rid of her. same for her husband being dutch. common sense says they must have found out that she has another citizenship because if she hasnt its well done for the lawyers and she will get back. a new law is needed to prevent such types coming back. she should have been droned, and if she was a he probably would have been.
By:
allah be praised she has bangladeshi citizenship too
By:
If we can just get its Head removed from these insane Media Reports that will do for me , who actually gives a flying what happens to it or where it goes ?
By:
Well done The Home Office ! great news
By:
No doubt she will benefit from zillions of pounds worth of legal advice to challenge the government decision.Amazing where all the money for that comes from ?
By:
So she's from East Pakistan then, and not Ethiopia. And most Pakistanis I know have dual citizenship. If so, she may not be stateless. Good riddance!
By:
wheresfather from ? dodgy as feck !
By:
Father is Ethiopian, I believe. He said his daughter was a teenager when she left, and he'd done bad things too when he was a teenager.
I think her father had misunderstood the definition of bad; there is bad, and there's bad. |
By:
There's bad and their's Michael Jackson BAD.
By:
Jack Charlton would have this sorted out in no time.
