Calling Mac - Sorry but I missed your Jukebox question - My Juke is a 1957 Rock-ola. It takes 60 x 45's and to answer your question plays both sides so 120 plays.

Maldini?

WD Aspro.
Maldini is 16th on the list with 1,041 appearances. 1. Shilton - 1,390 8. Buffon - 1,097 9. Jennings - 1,089 16. Maldini - 1,041 |

im sure pele played loads of games
|

Pele nowhere near a 1000 club appearances. I don`t know exact amount but I know he played mostly for Santos and scored just over 600 goals for them, which worked out at about a goal a game, so I think he would be way short of 1000.
|
|
By:
Is it 1000 club appearances or club and country.
..... Pele would still be way short. |
|
By:
Pele and Terry Paine are not on the list but the figures are for all official matches including internationals.
|
|
By:
Just looked up Pele.
As you say Mac, well short. (Santos 638, NY Cosmos 56, Brazil 92) |

Goalkeepers must have the best shot due to their longevity. So a few guesses:
Clemence Casillas Outfield oldies: Ian Callaghan and Giggs must have a shout. |
|
By:
WD Mac. All four are on the list.
1. Shilton - 1,390 5. Casillas - 1,120 6. Clemence - 1,118 8. Buffon - 1,097 9. Jennings - 1,089 16. Maldini - 1,041 17. Giggs - 1,036 |

I seem to remember John Burridge played into his forties. Mind you he spent a lot of the time on the bench - towards the end.
I remember reading recently about someone in South America that had played for dozens of clubs across different countries. Google is a temptation here..... |
|
By:
Burridge 771 in 30 years.
|
|
By:
Didn't Ron (or was it Wyn) Davies play for Southampton for about 30 years?
Billy Bonds played loads too though I'd doubt he got to 1000, Bobby Charlton is another, but these are wild guesses and could be way off. Sergio Ramos has got about 150 caps, I think, he's been around ages as well. |
|
By:
Oh. And I just remembered Lev Yashin and Roger Milla.
I reckon those 2 played into their 60's! |
|
By:
I remember reading that Pele had played in over 1000 games and had scored almost one goal per game.
Googled because of the comments on here. Those figures included friendlies. |

Minsk or Chisinau. |

I would hazard a guess at Vaduz. Most folk have never heard of it, so how can they visit it if they have not heard of it?

Not googling the answers but googling the capital of the countries I think it might be.
Never heard of Chisinau. |
|
By:
Chisinau is correct!
I've seen a couple of different videos of Chisinau on youtube, both give a different perspective, one more favourable but the other makes it look like a place time forgot. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wnDxHTaeNX0 ^youtuber called bald and bankrupt, this vid is on Chisianu, worth following, quite amusing fella whilst traipsing over Eastern Europe and India, and can intergrate with the locals as he can speak the language. Has anyone ever been? |
|
By:
first heard of that capital 5 years ago or so, remember England went over there and played Moldova, won 0-5
|

By:
Inherited some foreign banknotes (I already had a collection) and struggled to identify some.
Was a batch that I eventually tracked down to a country/state called Transnistria. Had never heard of it but it is a part of Moldova that broke away. Recognised as a rogue state. |

Included in it Mac were 10 ROI fivers which retail at about £75 each.
Only half way through valuing and mostly low values. |
