Mike RutherfordCool    I bought "From Genesis to Revelation" on release at Harlequin Records in Fleet Street.  Went the way of most of my vinyl in the 80'sCry.  A decent first pressing is about £500. Only 650 copies sold apparently.

Without being precious, Genesis were one of the several bands of that time that I grew to dislike, culminating in them, ELP, YES and several others.  In fact I find it hard to think of anyone I really liked between 71/72 and the glory of Punk.  Happy

YES were great and I still enjoy playing their vinyl. Close To The Edge.

Each to his own macHappy.  I saw Yes loads of times (Early at the Marquee and other places and much later at the Big Apple in Brighton), and loved all the early stuff, even though derivative. I think they started to go wrong (for me) when they replaced the keyboard player with Wakeman, Bill Bruford left and they started to get er lengthy, turgid and self indulgent.

I have always wanted an old fashioned jukebox. I would charge visitors to put a record on. How many 45s does it hold Blackbarn and does it play both sides?

Quo had some good hits which I still like. I would have put this one in the jukebox instead:

Who, in 2017, was given a suspended prison sentence for a road-rage attack on two cyclists in Kent.

The incident occurred in 2016:

The court had heard that **** repeatedly used his horn when riders Mark Richardson and Alex Manley, who were out cycling separately, were side-by-side on the road as one overtook the other. Richardson responded by flicking his middle finger at ****, who then pulled over.

After getting out of his car, **** punched Richardson, knocking him unconscious, which prompted Manley to intervene. **** responded by asking Manley: “You want some do you?” before punching him twice in the face, causing him to fall on his back with his bicycle still between his legs. Stephens then held him down and punched him six or seven times, inflicting dental injuries and damaging his helmet.

"Internet has ruined quizzes. I used to win many competitions in papers but now some eejit with a phone can just get the answer without having zero knowledge."

Mac I hosted a pub quiz in Guilford, the pub was absolutely packed and I set a tricky quiz. You got a bonus point if you brought your own pen and the winning score was 61/60 by a table of students from the university. One question that I asked was what was the name of Lester Piggots first ever Epsom Derby winner? The average age was I would guess at 20, and they got Never Say Die. I went over to their table and asked them to name another Epsom Derby winner that Lester won on and they couldn't. I withheld their prize for cheating.

Glenn Close, perhaps? At this year`s Oscars, I seem to remember hearing she`d been nommed many times previously without ever winning, and the belief was she`d be given the nod as a `lifetime achievement` thing. But she lost again, despite being 1.1x to finally collect.

It's usually a money prize & their mentality is well we will spend the winnings on a round in the pub so how is it cheating as we are giving it back, that's their warped thinking Crazy
