The drinking to blacking out is just more subjective nonsense.
How do you prove somebody was 'blacked out' rather than just asleep? Equally, how do you test whether a condition of not remembering something is the result of alcohol? This is a s hitstorm that can only ever look bad for Kavanaugh while never providing anything with which would condemn him. No wonder he's not exactly doing cartwheels to get the FBI to clear him, because they can't and the Democrats know it, all they want to do is dig. Well there tends to be consequences of many actions, and they going to need shovels to remove the tonnage of s hit coming their way as a result of all this imo. |

Saying somebody drank excessively doesn't make them a rapist. Saying somebody might have raped does make it conclusive. Or saying what could have happened has no bearing on reason. I 'could' have hit an old lady over the head and stolen her hand bag, but I didn't. I got constantly drunk in my life to black out, but I never raped anyone. None of these allegation can be proven or disproved, they are vehicles to attack the character of somebody. |

If no hard evidence is presented or he doesn't break then he'll be free and that has to be accepted
But I'd be targeting him by getting him in for questioning, keeping him there for the time allowed and questioning and prodding him, because judging by his behaviour the other day he will break imo, he was losing his cool even then, and we wasn't really getting a proper interrogation was he?! Get him in for questioning and let him trip himself up, once he's tripped up a couple of times and he starts to lose control (wont take long  ) he'll probably break down and admit to it. |
