So working in Law for 30 years, zero scandals associated to him after 6 FBI background investigations and promoting numerous women in the Law Society during his career. Stands for nowt now . ?

Democrat Party Memo.

Search and destroy.
Delay and Obstruct.

It's pretty intense and time consuming trying to reply to the 3 of you at once. I'd rather sleep then do that but don't mistake that for a climb down!

Vicky. I'd like to see those democrat weasels show some spine and file charges so the case comes to trial in a court of law. They will never do it of course as they know it would be quickly dismissed by any judge in the land.

Any lying accuser would then also be exposed to counter charges including bearing false witness and defamation of character. The Dems are aware of this so just want to delay and destroy as usual. Thankfully the world is getting wise  to their lies and hypicrisy.

Jeff Flake spotted at the deed poll office, changing his Christian name to `Snow`. What a traitor to his country! Another `Friend of Lucifer` who`ll discover, on a most personal level, how much chance snowflakes have in hell.

We ALL know Ford`s tale is bogus, only leftie virtue-signallers pretend to believe.

Regardless of Politics its down to if an attempted Rape Took place Years back ..

In recent Years we have Had the Luvvie's stand by and do Nothing About Savile  ,Clearly known about  ..

The fantastic news, of course, for all good and right thinking people is that this scandalous and evil leftie behaviour will make Justice Kavanaugh one of the most right-thinking Justices ever to serve. YEEEEEE-HAAAAAAH!!! Take that, lefties, KER-POW! and continue taking it for the rest of his lifetime!!! Roe v Wade? Now 1.01 to be overturned by a good Catholic who realises murdering living, breathing babies is perhaps the greatest Sin lefties have imposed on this world. Gotta CHORTLE at how the boomerang called `Natural Justice` keeps hitting lefties in the face; what a wonderful sight it is!

Case; perhaps the most insidious current example is that of Keith Ellison, the NUMBER TWO in the DNC; horrific, and recent, physical abuse of an ex, being COMPLETELY IGNORED by evil lefties, and their media friends.

I dont know about all this 'good' and 'evil' s hit it just looks more like to me that nobody is righteous, no matter which clique you conform to its all about the self preservation in the end.

I would consider myself relatively liberal, I simply believe everyone deserves a fair crack of the whip, though no free rides either. What im seeing here from the Democrats just makes me think politics is completely gone. How the f uck in this or any parallel universe can it be that all votes were completely down partisan lines?
It shows what a whole cluster f uck the whole thing is, it has nothing whatsoever to do with logic or assumed guilt or innocence of the event, the probability alone proves this.

So whether the event happened or didnt is imaterial, they have shown it to be a mockery.

I saw that clip of the Flake guy getting emotionally attacked in the lift (what other word is there for that, he could do nothing, he couldt even escape and he certainly couldnt be seen to tell her to p i55 off) what the hell has somebody elses tragic story of abuse got to do with this case in question?

You think you've witnessed the very bottom, then the ground caves in and we fall even further.

Thankfully people are finally waking up to the despicable antics and hypocrisy of the lunatic left. With the world watching, their disgusting behaviour in deliberately ruining a man's reputation purely for their own gain - encouraging their acolytes to subject his young family to death threats in the process - has been exposed for everyone to see. Absolutely vile creatures in every sense.Dear God, did you see the state of some of those ANTIFA type protestors outside the committee room? It looked like a scene from a horror movie.

talkmadder do you have these kinds of convos with your co-workers on the building site?  Have they nick-named you "college"?

"So whether the event happened or didn't is immaterial...". Really?

I think it's prudent to focus of this case alone, and not others. Does no one think given the gravitas of the position of a judge of The Supreme Court eg highest court in the USA and life time longevity of member any unproven abuse of behaviour from a prospective candidate/nominee need at least to be investigated (to exhaustion, if necessary) and/or legally permitted prior to their appointment to this esteemed position to earn and instil respect of associates and the general public?

At the present moment I firmly believe this has not be achieved (yet).

Yeah really. Look at the probability of 21 people all viewing the same 'evidence' and it resulting in 11-10 exactly down party lines.
Thats why its a mockery. The Democrats are hanging their hat on spurious 'mights' and 'could-haves', the reality is they are just opportunists.
Sometimes you just have to take your medicine.
Do people honestly think if Kavanaugh gets stonewalled the Republicans will offer up tinkerbell?
Of course they won't, they will be even harsher as a result.

Sure him showing that he's not exactly impartial, doesn't look great, but nobody is ultimately.

All politics fail, thats all you need to know.
Right now the Republicans have the rub, the Democrats have to stop wailing at everything and just leave them to f uck it up then it will be their turn.

watching ex FBI agent last night he said the calendar was a good thing as this will be checked forensically for ink and hand writing validation.

You only need to look at the graph of their testimony. Mrs. Blasey Ford answered every question addressed to her whilst Kavanaugh's is littered with dozens of evasions, refusal to answer and filibustering. The lies will catch this choir boy out.

I keep hearing how this Mrs Ford's testimony HAS to be true because, after all what has she to lose?
Well that assumption has no foundation. She has nothing to lose if she firstly believes its true in her mind, or secondly that giving evidence that can't be proven wrong.
She might just be another one bent out of shape because she would rather he didn't get the position for the ramifications of such.

On the other hand, he has everything to lose. This uncorroborated 'evidence' might have no end.
Firstly it was suggestion, then it was testimony infront of senate, then its FBI investigation (short) then it will be FBI investigation (long) and then it will be the next one the Democrats find to stall.

Its why politicians never answer questions, because if they venture anywhere off script they get pulled into the long grass and beat up.

For non of the Democrats to say, 'yeah its all a bit spurious and suggestive, it might have happened 36 years ago but they aint exactly crawling out the woodwork are they, we will give him the benefit'

And for non of the Republicans to say, 'You know what, this guy seems a total jerk and he very well could have done that stuff'

Just tells you everything.
If it happened then its a bad thing, I feel for her and anyone else it happens to, but life a bit 5 hit sometimes and who can you really trust?
Not any of these 'in power' thats for sure.

He's already admitted to drinking excessively though

"sometimes we drank too much"

Isn't that "excessive"?

Drinking too much implies it was excessive, so he kinda admitted it under oath anyway

This is why the whole thing was a sham, he admitted under oath he drank too much "sometimes", yet the so called senators didn't even pick up on that remark at all, I'd have been right on him for that and making him slip on his own slime even more
