Cressida Dick has just said that so far , at this point in their investigation , it doesn’t reach the level to constitute a hate crime
She was just saying that now on the radio , At this point in time |
|
By:
She has not arrested Boris , at this point in their investigation
|
|
By:
How much 'investigation' is needed?
The only way to know for sure is to test it in court. |
|
By:
It was obviously a possibility that Boris would be arrested , and may still be
I don’t know she didn’t say I |
|
By:
Well he knows , and everyone else now knows that he is being investigated for a hate crime
That is all we know , that’s all maybe that is all that is needed for us to know |
|
By:
But she says he has not been arrested
|
|
By:
he is merely under investigation by the metropolitan police
|
|
By:
The major of London seemed to think that hate crimes against Trump were fine and even good
I don’t think she will be investigating any of them |
|
By:
Trump wasn’t British , maybe that’s the difference

Do you have any sympathy at all with her view? ^ He cannot bring himself to think about this. His mind is so distorted by trying to divide every issue into left/right or anti-brexit/pro-brexit that he cannot understand people like Thornberry could have a view like this. |
|
By:
Quite right, LFC. Do you think if forum content was redacted PP would know which points of view to support and which to oppose?
|
|
By:
Hadn’t thought of that racingcert, it would be an interesting experiment
maybe for all of us : ) Some are worse than others , pineapple and Studyform are two of the worst Who could deny that ? |
|
By:
So it turns out that an imam agrees with boris and that it is men trying to control women etc
And many people are not happy with people hiding their faces. And quite right too |
|
By:
Study doesn’t like the political debates so he won’t see that little post of mine : )

Apologists, appeasers, feminists (esp feminists) and vacuous virtue-signallers need to watch this.

Someone dressed like that could do psychological damage to a young mind

the mention of investigating Boris (if true) is frightening.
This is a micorcosm(investigating Boris) is why you never see a copper or them not turning up to serious incidents. A senior copper just said on sky's police day that they are doing more cyber and hate crime these days and that is why you won't see them in their traditional role. Simply handing over control of the streets to criminals. I mention darling cress and little Khan's switching of 900 over to hate crime. Of course you only have to have taken a fence to get this investigated. Burka Boris has been warned hoho - why don't we just let them have sharia law and let them carry on!!!???? arghhhhhhhhhhh |
|
By:
I am quite sure that it does irreparable damage to a young person to see their mother , or another adult dressed like that

Sadly we now seem to live in a world where people voice their concerns and opinions in an honest manner and are then forced to backtrack for fear of reprisals / loss of position . This gives the impression of a falseness due to the perceived need to appease in the name of 'political correctness' . If somebody speaks out surely it is more important to address their concerns rather than castigating them for their integrity .

Boris Johnson facing Tory investigation over burka comments
Boris Johnson is facing an investigation into breaches of the Conservative Party code of conduct. The party has received dozens of complaints about the ex-foreign secretary's comments about Muslim women wearing burkas. The complaints will be looked at by an independent panel which could refer Mr Johnson to the party's board, which has the power to expel him. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-45130532 Tories shoot themselves in the foot yet again. |

They're actually shooting the indigenous British people in the head ! ![]() |

I suppose that will be the faux outrage of his opponents. Gives them a great chance.

Like said above - they had better check out their voters??!!!

I think we should have a re- run of that poll coz it didn't provide the right result ho ho ho
|

Hope Boris stays strong as they have no case on him, he has done nothing wrong.

One does not have to do anything wrong in order to be branded "racist" , simply say it how it is , sit back and wait for the death threats !

Politicians who turned a blind eye to child raype demanding Boris apologise for saying the Burka shouldn't be banned

Is this the first time in the history of a mature Western Democracy that a police authority has clearly been assessing an individual for his opinion on a piece of cloth, and how it makes the wearer appear?
Farcically, the Head of the Metropolitan Police has been discussing this non-issue openly with officers working in a Hate Crime Unit. . https://news.sky.com/story/met-police-chief-boris-johnsons-burka-comments-would-not-reach-bar-for-criminal-offence-11466721 |

By:
we live in a sick society - it is becoming increasingly difficult to say anything
You have to laugh. You can run a campaign against boris and trash him daily yet he speaks out about the ones who take a fence and it becomes a hate crime???? It is all one sided. Just wait till they tell the girls on tv to wear scarfs etc It is coming votes votes votes |
|
By:
you won't see the polis on the streets so much as they are busy with cyber crime and hate crime(well reports of) but fk burglaries ho ho
this is what a senior cop said on sky this morning - not the fk burglaries though just saying!! |
|
By:
I hear it on good authority that when Parliament returns from the summer recess there will be between 50 and 100 additional police officers attending the House of Commons and House of Lords to sit in on all meetings and debates to arrest any member of either house from making potentially offensive comments or statements .
You couldn't make it up ![]() |
