You're basing your information on what you can Google as well as worldwide and historic/ geographical stats.
Mine are gleaned straight from BBC news reports, about Salisbury/Wiltshire . On the spot narrative, stated as ' facts' , either by the reporter at the time, or some ' expert' wheeled in to venture forth his/her wisdom. Depending on which news report you listen to , or what time of day, or day of the week. They invariably are different and more often than not contradict each other. So what/ which is the TRUTH and what/which is LIES. I await your answer lfc1971 |

Before you accuse someone at least show the evidence. NO evidence has been proved that the Russian Government ordered the attack in Salisbury. Some people are still sceptical about this rush to blame Russia. Coincidental these 2 poisonings occur near Porton Down (?) I think someone pointed out to our Government that if you take some letters out of Salisbury you can spell Russia. It's so obvious..... what more evidence do you need......

We await the results of the tests by PD as to wether this latest ' poisoning by Novichock ' is from the same batch as that reported to have infected the Skripals. If it isn't , then we have fresh new production in circulation.
And as these latest ' victims' have nothing to do with Russia, the focus swings to the most likely source ! Be very embarrassing if it turns out to be a ' rogue ' lab technician at PD.!! |

The funniest thing for me was what I read a few days back on a thread when someone pointed out that the only reason Russia is managing a trouble free world cup is because Putin is so bad he has scared his thugs into submission.
Why do we even bother with the proof when we are so convinced Putin is bad? |

There is , of course , the likelihood that they are , in fact , already in possession of the facts in as much as they produced the bloody stuff in the first place . This investigation , in order to ascertain the real truth , should be carried out independently . This way we may establish the REAL truth and not be fed another load of fake 'evidence' . |

i can see why people admire Putin. a lot of folk have a real hard on for authoritarian government thinking it
will crack down on crime and solve any number of social ills, which in the sort term it often does. Longer term it starts to fall apart and to hang on to that power the government becomes ever more authoritarian, ever more brutal, the inner circle or power ever smaller. Be careful what you wish for you may find yourself on the wrong side of it. There is an investigation taking place into the cover-up of child abuse within the Met . The police officer heading this panel is the same police officer who , according to John Wedger , blocked him from carrying out his investigation by making threats against him and his family .
The Government Advisor for Corporate Responsibility and the Chairman of the Board of Carillion are the same person ! How are we going to get to the truth when the people being investigated are running the investigation ? |

north, I do not in any way have a hard on for Putin. But:
1. When a government that has invaded and bombed countries based on lies tells me Russia is planning to bomb some country, I am inclined to think Russia is a world player too, and hence should be lying and bombing, just like the UK. So at worse they are as bad as the country calling them bad. 2. When the same govt blames Russia of carrying out chemical attacks on their soil but doesn't bother providing proof, doesn't agree to a joint investigation, I am inclined to think that its probably another lie to keep their own sheep busy, and Putin may not have anything to do with it, no matter how bad he is. If I was a Putin fan, i'd be telling you how he has protected his people from the refugees, while you have paid for the same to be imposed upon you. Or maybe the refugees were also a russian conspiracy? |

The only thing I admire about Putin is that he doesn't act like a good guy. If he is a thug, he makes sure you know he is a thug. Can't say the same about western leaders.
