I just don't think two Russian Citizens who would have to have gone through the lengthy and convoluted process of obtaining a UK visa by filling in an extensive application about themselves, paying a visa fee then attending an appointment at either the Embassy or a Visa application center in order to have their biometric data taken and their passports sent away to be processed could be described as having "made last-minute travel plans". |

I never said I was talking about the stuff in the BBC article. I specifically mentioned the Bellingcat stuff doesn't make sense (which the article was referring to and presume Donny was referring to in his post), then brought up an issue they have reported on that I was referring to.
Not sure how your second paragraph has got anything to do with what I have said. You seem to prefer conflation rather than addressing what I have said. |
