you offered an alternative theory but i dont see any proof

or are you suggesting your proof has been removed from the thread before i saw it?

If the Russians are responsible (and they did look guilty on the telly today) what I can't understand is why they would use such an unstable and deadly poison as their method of killing. All all just comes across as so amateurish and unlikely.

If the KGB (or whatever they're called now) are behind everything surely they would go about it in an altogether more professional manner? If the goal was to kill the Skrpals I doubt they would use a weaponised nerve agent for a start, it would obviously raise suspicion against the Russian government.

...er maybe they want the West to know they are prepared to do this....and more.

Then why not just admit it if that were the case? Doesn't ring true to me.

Of course they would never admit it they would then be a pariah stte throughout the world.  They want the confusion that this creates but it aslo sends a message to those in the know.

That sounds as much of a conspiracy theory as all the rest.

Really.  Countries do things and deny them publicly but behind the scenes everyone knows.  I don't see anything unusal about this.

Not unusual I agree, but your statement above could equally have been written by those who believe MI6 is responsible. Just another conspiracy theory as I said.

the picture of the parallel corridors was posted.  The police confirmed that was the case.

Anyway do you still claim that the photos were doctored by the Met?

A claim based on no evidence whatsoever.

Well I'd say the balance of probability is stongly in favour of Russia but eventually it comes down to are you more inclined to believe Putin or your own govt.

I'd say killing and nearly killing your own citizens with a nerve agent on your own streets is a far riskier strategy than doing it in another country.

i asked you to calculate odds of two people triggering indentical camereas to the exact second
when passing through airport control

i cant remember doing it with any travel partner, ever, ...theres always a wait.

but hey there is a chance, however small that it happened and it will remain a small chance
to me, however if you are ready to accept word of plod, then fair enough.

there was a time when plod turning up in court was enough to convict ....

thankfully those days are long gone

Good knowledge of the spire and clock from guys that admit they didn't visit the cathedral but walked further to near the house.

Have you watched the videos?

They specifically state they went to the cathedral and they don't know whether they were near the house as they don't know where it was. Fair enough taking issue with whether you believe them or not but there is no need to make things up.

I don't think it's hard to believe that the 2 Russians were just very poor at their job.

You get great Doctors and rubbish ones, great Teachers and poor ones....etc etc

Not hard to think these 2 were just pathetic at trying to kill people and leave no evidence.

Great general knowledge though on the height of the spire. Should try and get on a daytime quiz show maybe?

maybe they are good at their job?

maybe they were issuing a warning ?

maybe killing was beyond their operation.

with so many russians being bumped off in uk its surprising an ex agent, who
happens to have located himself right next to the uks major bio weapons hub
is neither under watch nor has his own cctv for protection.

still, its keeping folks attention off other things.

putin is rumoured to be a huge fan of brexit and break up of eu

maybe its his timing and not mother teresas?

rofl

They didn't "trigger" cameras - it's a video - they agree that the screen grabs from the video are them.

They presumably waited for each other if there was any slight delay at some point and then went through the arrival gates together.

Talk about grasping at straws.

ffs there isn't any glow.

So in your head atm we have:

The Met made up the pics of the ruskies and the ruskies are lying that the pictures show them for some reason?  Maybe to avoid embarrassing the Met, presumably because they have great respect for traditional british law and order.

if you cant see it then i suggest you get an eye test

you seem confused dave

i dont care if its fred flintstone and barney rubble ( its not though)

it doesnt affect the time stamps.

even bbc reporter reported that one arrived first, shortly  followed by the other

where did they get that story? did they make it up? or were they briefed ?

its still on bbc site

if you are so convinced the photos are genuine then why is it so important to convince
me, a person you have already abused several times on the thread.

you are simply wasting your time without proof

Imagine if UK accepts Russia's request for a joint investigation. UK authorities could easily interview these two. But they won't do that and will repeatedly release enough information to feed the british public's Russophobia.

How long before people realize the government is fooling them yet again? My guess is the public will never realize that. They never do. (And I am not saying Putin isn't fooling his public, but at least the Russians know that. In UK, people are still to figure out the govt doesn't work for them)
