I have to go lfc but I will look in the evening. I need to learn more about the british justice system. And find a way to keep myself away from any idiot trying to accuse me of something. Otherwise I might have to fly to England to prove my innocence. This is scary.

Blimey, Vlad has seemingly found Paul and Barry...
"We know who they are, we have found them," Mr Putin said in the far eastern city of Vladivostok. "I hope they will turn up themselves and tell everything. This would be best for everyone. There is nothing special there, nothing criminal, I assure you. We'll see in the near future," he added. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-45494627 |

They were merely tourists visiting Salisbury cathedral. Well of course. Who wouldn't take a trip from Moscow to the UK simply to see such a beautiful cathedral?
And I guess, if you've travelled more than a 1,000 miles just to see this cathedral, a little bit of snow isn't going to make you abort your quest, right? Er... "The town was covered by this slush. We got wet, took the nearest train and came back" https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-45509697 |

Abort your quest, no. Postpone it until the following day when the weather is better. Yes I could see a tourist doing that. |

You would spend more than an hour in Salisbury if you had travelled from London never mind Moscow. Russians put off by slight rain/snow shower.
This interview has convinced me they are guilty. Mistake to come on tv. |
|
By:
Oh the Russians interview their own agents who tell they aren't agents
![]() ![]() You simply don't know who to trust and that's their goal, personally I think we should just ignore the bunch of sad loons |
|
By:
so putin never did it then? I thought he was spotted. Oh that would be a leopard.(or even THE leopard)
I nose. |
|
By:
You would spend more than an hour in Salisbury if you had travelled from London never mind Moscow.
They did. Both the suspects and the Uk have said they were there on 2 days. |
|
By:
Remarkable Putin pops up yesterday saying we know who these 2 men are and i hope they tell there story very soon and lo and behold they appear the very next day with a load of porkies as if anyone in there right mind plan to visit Salisbury from Moscow by staying in a London hotel 100 miles away then travelling all the way to Salisbury by train for a mind boggling 60 minutes of tourist heaven then return to London then repeat the journey to Salisbury the next day as the previous day was so good,is this really the best explanation the Russians can come up with as it just beggars belief that they think they can insult everbodys intelligence but at least they are now admitting that 2 Russians actually visited Salisbury in the 1st place now.
And what of the traces of the nerve agent found in the London hotel room used by the 2 Russians Mr Putin i suppose the hotel owner must have planted it ! |
|
By:
And yet nobody has any illness from the poison of choice in said hotel room, not the cleaners and not any guest, explain please but bearing in mind its the strongest poison known to man

shrewd dude , why didn't they get b&b and save tralling again ?

By:
shrewd dude , why didn't they get b&b and save tralling again ?
Because they already had a hotel with their luggage in it? Your question could equally be asked if they were assassins. What would your answer be? |
|
By:
luggage would still be there next day. just give bow b&b a call. don't understand 2nd question. I think they are assassins.
|
|
By:
I would have thought most people who have booked a hotel which has their luggage in it would return to that same hotel at night rather than making another booking.
How do you not understand the 2nd question it's the exact same you have asked except you look at it from the basis that they were assassins? If they were assassins why didn't they get a B & B and avoid traveling again? |
|
By:
spent all their money on perfume could not afford a b&b
about as likely as having identicle timestamps on their photos |
|
By:
either way a very short time spent in Salisbury. Bit of british slush putting off a couple of tough young russians ? Are you thinking they are probably innocent tourists ?
|
|
By:
shirley there will be booking details for hotel in london
we simply dont know if this was a two day trip or if it was extended, but other folk will know... maybe two days in salisbury was original plan all along, or maybe novochok doesnt stick to wet doorhandles? |
|
By:
Bit of british slush putting off a couple of tough young russians ?
Not that plausible I agree. But then how plausible is it that two military assassins would travel to Salisbury for a 1 hour reconnoitre. Either way tourists or assassins it's rather unusual behaviour. Are you thinking they are probably innocent tourists ? I have no idea. I have an open mind though. |
|
By:
Yeah plenty we don't know. But not a very impressive tv appearance from them. Good knowledge of the spire and clock from guys that admit they didn't visit the cathedral but walked further to near the house.
|
|
By:
Anyone who sees this interview as anything other than the Russians sticking two fingers up to the UK are deluding themselves. They are basically admitting that they did it and are saying “so what are you going to do about it”.
When their details and what they did were originally released part of me wondered if members of the Russian secret service could be so slipshod. Now we know the answer – they don’t give a fck. More than that they want the UK and the rest of the world to actually know it was them. |
|
By:
I remember seeing a documentary where a detective said that one of the biggest signs that someone is lying is that they start giving too much trivial detail when answering. That was the first thing I thought of when the guy started talking about “the 123 metre high spire on the cathedral”.
|
|
By:
They have also stated that they may have been near to the Skripals home without realising it as they were going along Wilton road away from the city and anyone who knows Salisbury knows this leads away from the city centre nowhere near the Cathedral or Old Sarum or any other tourist attractions nearby as i doubt the Russians have heard of Wilton House and also several miles away from Stonehenge , bang to rights GUILTY stamped across there foreheads.
|
|
By:
And my question about the hotel? cant be ar$ed to answer then?

spent all their money on perfume could not afford a b&b about as likely as having identicle timestamps on their photos we've been through this donny. Do you have memory problems? In any case they now admit travelling from Moscow to Salisbury and that the photos you claim were doctored are real. I'm frankly surprised that you have reappeared in the thread. |
|
By:
No i can't answer that Terry but it has been reported that traces of the same nerve agent yes traces were discovered in the same room now whether these traces compromised any potential cleaners etc is another question that i cannot answer and only the Police can.
What is your take then 1. Did it Happen at all ? 2. If you accept this happened do you honestly believe any persons other than the 2 Russians carried out this act ? |

gin has hit the nail firmly on the head.
they are quite simply taking the p1ss out of our government |
|
By:
Roache,i know what you are saying but we were told by our Government at the start of all this that even the most tiny, tiny drop of this stuff could kill thousands,My take is yes it could have been the Russian but then what would they gain from doing it and how would it benefit them? The thing is we might never find out the truth.Roache do you live in Salisbury? If so didn't the local papers warn about dodgy smack in the area about the same time the poor girl died? We are told she was a druggy so could that not of killed her?
|
|
By:
There are 3 people who have luckily survived after exposure the 2 Skripals and the boyfriend of the poor deceased, the druggy stuff was the usual gossip before the full facts were known and it has been reported that the nerve agent was the cause of her death, the Russians will never forget any traitor and id does seem bizarre that they pardoned him and then would want to pop him off several years later but what it does is send a message to others that they are within reach but then why would they want Litvenenko dead but it happened.
|
|

Sorry a 4th survived i forget the Policeman.
