He'd have already told our government what he knows though? Laugh what are they going to do knock all our politicians off?

Isn't it amazing how theres always all this top secret stuff but none of it ever gets out? forget this Trump rubbish as that is just looking like a circus distraction, I wanna know what they supposedly have on Putin, that is far more intriguing than Trump getting off with a porn actress.

Govt advice to wash clothes is odd. A) if there's any contamination you would burn your clothes
B) people wash their clothes anyway don't they (even in Salisbury..)

I'd chuck my cloths straight in the furnace so yeah I agree inj. They proper want to publicly blame Russia and there's hardly been any investigation, its sloppy on the UK governments part. pretty desperate to sanction the Russians again, and I'm no fan of Putin but this seems like a witch hunt.

It is very silly to accuse people of something without any proven evidence.  But they do this all the time with a certain group.
Wait to evidence has been gathered.

Yeap they've officially blamed Russia. Quite pathetic from start to finish really, painfully obvious what was happening here.

Good evening, Dr Crippen, and English is my first language, of which I have an extraordinary command I might say, unlike some. You need to read more, learn more words, I would advise. On another note, I would agree Theresa has cemented her position, somewhat, in creating alarm in the Kremlin, not.

I am surprised the govt has so easily blamed Russia. Will the people bother to ask the govt what happens if the Russians decide to do this to British citizens instead of their own? This is such a big failure but I guess people will stay obsessed with the Russians instead of asking the govt any questions, just like they were obsessed with all the refugees a couple of years back(and forgot to ask the govt why they were letting them in).

I bet Putin is laughing his arse off.
Hes got till Wednesday to...well, erm deny it Laugh
The the vicars daughter gunna get really really angry.

The problem is many fold; lack of evidence, lack of teeth and a constant desire to worship money too much.

1.01 Putin...however I think I'll just watch RT to get an unbiased view.
By:
SontaranStratagem
When: 12 Mar 18 20:08
RT will be biased in Russias favor lol. the BBC/SKY will be pumping pro UK government moves, whilst RT provide the defence for Russia. It wasn't Russia, it wasn't Putin, its all one big mess but people don't ask questions, sadly they just go with the answers the media spew out.

Its amazing though. Where have "isis" gone?? they've just disappeared and no one asks questions, the media 6 months ago were always talking about ISIS, now they've gone, and up pops Putin supposedly killing spies on our streets with nerve agents!?!. its quite disturbing how no one even asks the most basic of questions.

Since Russia defeated America in Syria you hardly ever hear of the war over there, except in its last throws against rebels seemingly abandoned by the yanks.

They write the news to fit agendas, you could see it the way all the politicians played upto the cameras in parliament today and the grand total of all of it will be....absolutely nowt.

Interesting Sontaran.  Like the Allepo 700,000 going to die which slowly went down to about 40,000 as they managed to escape the clutches of Deash  and other terrorists.   As with ghouta - the same numbers game. Already shrinking.  Scare tactics get people's attention.
And being reported from the 'scene' but actually the journalist is in Lebanon etc.

On a side note, has anyone looked at the effect of the nerve agent on the local wildlife? I don't know much about this sort of thing, tbh, but if this substance is so deadly and so active (easily spread). Wouldn't it have killed off a lot of birds, rodents, insects etc?

Dont you think America got defeated in Syria then moisok?

The usual arming of rebels in their template coup went very flat very quickly once Russia started using equal and then surpassed levels of force dont you think?

America dont even squeak about it now, its as though they want everyone to forget they were backing the defeated rebels.

I was poking fun at baron's comment about anyone who has chosen to look at other aspects of this putin poisoning.
he had a go at sontaron's comment making out he is a kremlin bot.
He was only doing what you and others are saying/questioning - therefore any comment to the contrary of baron's opinion is labelled a kremlin bot.

Yes the US owned assets seem to have had a spanking.  But that makes you a kremlin bot as far as baron is concernedLaugh

This noam character sounds dodgy too.  With a surname like Chokski he must be a kremlin bot, even though he was a yank

They haven't.
The chemical has been identified as of Russian origin and our Government have asked them to explain.
BTW no action can be taken by the UK in isolation, the EU must be involved.

Still no one bothering to ask what if the Russians try to attack the public this way? Is there any defense?

be disappointing if a state sponsored assassination from a country like Russia failed to kill their targets with an open goal,if it was Russia why isnt the hospital in lockdown ,surrounded by 100,s of soldiers,mi5 everywhere etc, you,d think the Russians wouldnt want these 2 to live to tell their story but not a  word of been under armed guard etc from the media

Nobody failed here.
If it was Russia, they've succeeded in letting the world know they will still do whatever they want to do.
If it was someone else, they have succeeded in making this a public fiasco for the govt.
If it was the govt, they obviously think they have Putin framed(:))

If the intention was to kill the spy, a simple stabbing would have been enough. No fuss. Just some guy who had a fight with someone in a bar taking revenge etc. Happens everyday in london, or so i hear.

It was clearly meant to be a public event, and whoever did it, is probably sitting happily admiring his work.
