i just solved the equation - evolution is BALLZ. here is why.
Evolution is a natural process. (that's it) game over. that means it's no good to anyone.(what?) the strongest dog there is in the world naturally is the WOLF. it survives the snow, the outside conditions it's the APEX creature. take now the Scottie dog, it's a pet. it's not going to survive in the wild? we have selected the Scottie(highland terrier) to be a pal to us. It's un-natural. If we died out - the Scottie goes too. the Wolf is back in play. So evolution takes millions of years. It's no use to us. But we as a species are taking evolution as a NATURAL process and are trying to escape it's boundaries, force evolution's hand? RIGHT THERE - did you see - evolution isn't doing the job we need it to do? therefore it's a philosophy. a religion. we want to engineer a better man. we are playing GOD. the final outcome is to be a GOD. (eat from the tree of knowledge and you shall be like God) If evolution is natural then leaving it alone is natural. If however you need to manipulate a gene? a species? in some way, you are advocating godhood. Man is a God. we are the master. man-ipulation. It's no longer nature that selects the next stage it's man. that takes it out of the world that is NATURE, away from natural selection, it becomes a stranger to nature. They are using terms like trans humanism, hybrids, blending AI with Man - all sorts of ideas to beat death. It's an end run round God. I'm scared of dying BS. I cannot rely that there is a God. So I will make it happen. let's look around and build something. It's sad. It's desperation - evolve or die is the mantra. they actually say that. sounds very master race. |

This is fallacious because other manufacturers don't do it and there are no case of botulism. It's foods that have hygiene issues. A lot of Jewish houses has two sinks in the kitchen to treat food. again - no foods are banned in christianity, The pharisees got upset with Jesus and the apostles about their hygiene, hand washing? To answer your question: "Why did the Old Testament Law command against the eating of pork?" Answer: Many of the prohibitions and requirements in the Old Testament, seem pointless to the modern Western mind. A case in point is the ban on eating pork (Leviticus 11:7). After all, to most people, a good pork loin served with apples and nuts makes for a very fine meal! Understanding the purpose of the Mosaic Law, generally, and the cultural view of swine in particular is essential to appreciating the restriction on eating pork. The Law given to the Israelites had a number of important purposes. Following God’s prescribed actions was not to be a simple ritual; rather, obedience to the Law expressed a strong internal faith in God and healthy fear of Him. Deuteronomy 30 records the blessings God would grant Israel if they followed Him and the curses He would enact if they did not. These blessings and curses were an integral part of the covenant between God and Israel, so the Law was the basis of a conditional covenant. Also, the Law stood as a unique sign of the privilege granted to Israel, setting them apart from their pagan neighbors. The whole world in Moses’ time was idolatrous, with each nation believing in many deities. The forbidding of certain foods such as eating pork clearly distinguished between what would later be termed “Jew” and “Gentile.” The dietary restrictions further indicated that Israel was a separate nation, a chosen people, and this helped the Israelites to break free from idolatry—a sin they struggled with (see Exodus 32). Under the Old Testament Law, even touching the meat of swine made one ritually unclean (Deuteronomy 14:8). This detail further insulated the Israelites from pagan practices. The Canaanites kept herds of swine and sacrificed them to idols. The connection between swine and pagan worship became so strong that the prophet Isaiah equated the sacrificial offering of pig’s blood with murder—both are called “abominations” (Isaiah 66:3). Then there are the hygienic concerns related to the Law’s dietary restrictions. It is well known today that pork carries any number of diseases, and the meat requires stricter cooking techniques than other meats such as beef or poultry. In Moses’ day, there was no knowledge of microscopic pathogens, and the cultural norm was to eat raw or under-cooked meat (Leviticus 19:26). Of course, eating under-cooked pork would have posed a significant health threat to Israel, but God providentially protected them through the Mosaic Law. “If you pay attention to his commands and keep all his decrees, I will not bring on you any of the diseases I brought on the Egyptians, for I am the LORD, who heals you” (Exodus 15:26). |

Jesus said he came to cause a divide in families, to destroy all evil in the world, to chain up the ruler of this world and toss him into a lake of fire. to then judge the remnant and finally end the world. if you are on the wrong side of that equation, you rightly hate Christ. Save the planet - I'm not interested in saving the planet... it's fked. it's got 1007? years left. the world hates Jesus because he's pronounced sentence on it. the world is to be replaced with a new earth. So if you love this world and what it offers you then Jesus is your enemy. If you embrace your spirit, immortality, no more ailments, and the promise of something better then Jesus is your king. |

Being Catholic myself I believe the Bible to be true. Yes sometimes reading the Bible you cannot help stand there scratching ones head... For example when the holy Ark crossing the river Jordan and the river stood still.. Sounds crazy ????
But these where times of miracles when God was openly showing his Love and Strength. As I mentioned to my own daughter when she has doubts... Simply look up in to the sky and see how amazing every thing looks. Only God could create such beauty untouched. No human can change. |

the syntax is laid out with large pauses indicating the possibility of time being stretched out to billions of years. he gives lectures on youtube, explaining it all. i personally think it's not relevant. Science has revised itself so often, i think they will come around to a more condensed time scale. research into the speed of light indicates it might not be a constant. if that is the case(barry setterfield and others) then it opens the door to a young universe. explaining why spirals still exist, which should have dissipated? why carbon 14 exists? when it should all vanish after a million years? there are lots of inconsistencies that abound in physics. the age is reliant on red shift observations and now they are being questioned too. so do you believe revisionist science? or the word of God. tell me in October. |
