Am I correct in assuming you are referring to the Bible Yes I was referring to the bible. Without delving too much into semantics, using inference of what certain extracts 'might' have meant isn't science, at best it's philosophy. After all science is about creating a method, experiment and conclusion so that anyone can recreate the findings. There is no 'how to' to validate statements in the bible, so no, I'd say there's no science in it. |

I guess this proves Zorro's point but which one I don't know. I went to Religious School's where the students were physically, mentally and in some cases sexually abused by the men and women of God. I was told by these same people that Baby Jesus did not go to hell but was ressurected and went straight to heaven because he was born without original sin and Mary was a virgin. So again I ask Zorro where do you get this information from? I am concerned you might be the only person to go to heaven and be lonely up there. Please confirm where you get God's messages from and is the Bible the Instruction Manuel? I want to go to heaven to please help me! Oh and finally if there is a God Zorro he would shirely allow pork sausages in his wisdom, that much is obvious. I do feel sorry for all the Hindu's and Muslims though as there are so many good ones that will not be going to heaven because they don't believe in the old man with white hair and Baby Jesus! |

My point is that religions around the Middle east ban Pork. That is a cultural thing not religious. Actually Zorro makes a point about Man bastardising Religions and then goes on to quote religious books. What God would prevent a good man from entering the Kingdon of Heaven just because he believed in another God through his own ignorant up bringing? and what God would ban bacon butties? Q.E.D! |

Crucially, who would write the rules (way beyond the scope of one book btw) and then damn them on the calculations made in the algorithm that he wrote?
If somebody was inflicted with pride for eg, they didnt pick out pride out of choice. If the demerits of pride result in actions that god disproves of then how can he blame the individual who is besieged by it? 'God knows how much anyone can take' is a general response. Then what is the point of anything, why are we acting out what he already knows? All these individuals treating their god like santa, whining and nobbling the minds of others are allowed to instill offence on all based on little or nothing. |

nobody in the first century writes a book about a man on a cross, using logarithms and maths. it isn't done? it's mad. the bible was built. it was not written. Modern supercomputers cannot replicate what the bible did in it's structures. never mind that the story is the most gut wrenching tale in history. That has people crying everyday across the world. Only psychos don't get it. men that are so damaged they will not accept a free gift. they make excuses and turn away at obvious evidences. well there is a reckoning day and its here in 2017. buy some vaseline, you are gonna need it. |

uf....messiahs were 2 a penny at this time in history.We chuck out the rest of them as myth but the jesus story which has zero evidence but people swallow it.Christianity would have died a death but for the romans adopting the religion not because they believed in it but to forge alliances.Christianity wasn't the first attempt by rome.Other religions were tried and were not adopted.

It's a painting I did myself aasbff. I was experimenting with the different dimensions of the images of people in different planes, there are some small images in the reflections in the glass doorway.
I posted the picture some time ago on the drawing thread and it's still in my gallery if you want to see an enlargement. Thanks for the information about ACD, by the way.  |

I Think many people who follow religions are afriad of the dark and want there to be something for them afterwards is all. They then made up this religion which caste God in their own image, called people with different beliefs dammned to hell and some even stopped you from eating pork...how the f does that work? Where is the logic in that? |

Although nothing is zero, zero can also be -1 and +1, matter and antimatter which can recombine back to zero or exist apart. I don't suppose anyone knows for certain but not impossible.
