I also once sold a Nordman christmas tree to Brian Jacks of judo and superstars fame.He pulled up in a silver merc estate ,rummaged through some trees till he found one he liked for about £25 .He said "how much to me ".I said "£25" and he duly paid up. |

I think I've got one that you'll find hard to beat ...
Our eldest daughter was in the same Primary school class as Graham Turner's daughter. Graham Turner played football for Shrewsbury Town and went on to be their manager. He subsequently managed Wolverhampton Wanderers. I never actually saw him at the school, but I suspect that I've walked on the same footpath. Beat that! |

Steve Harris of Iron Maiden is a family friend; I've spoken to Pat Cash on the phone; I've destroyed Joe Elliot of Deff Leopard 3-0 at Pool; I knocked Peter Ebdon out of a handicap snooker competition at my local club off a 21 point start when I was 13 and I've played Ronnie O Sullivan for a few hours at the same club, as his cousin was a good school friend of mine. He was 12 and I was 13. He murdered me off a 50 start, knocking in 3 centuries in about 8 frames. He played 50% of his shots with the rest. Ive been to Ex Chelsea, Wycombe and Yeovil player/manager Terry Skivertons house when I was kid--his mum and dad were friends of my mum. Martin Offiahs brother cam around my mates house to pick some weed up, while Martin sat outside in his car (ok, we're getting tenuous now!)... A good few years later, Offiah and ellery Hanley were in the Ministry of Sound nightclub, and Ellery pulled the australian bird my mate was shagging (my mate wasnt there that week!) Yes, I grassed her up, but didnt say anything to The black Pearl himself... Im sure there's more.

I was drinking in a hotel where Oliver Reid was having his honeymoon(he had just married his very young fiancé) when he appeared worse for wear wearing his wife's dress and ordered more drinks and flounced off back to his room.
A couple of days later we we're playing pool in the same place when he came up phished again and asked for a game...we said get your money down then.he wasn't to impressed about having to wait and said could he jump the queue if he showed us his tattoo, we agreed and he undid his flys and flopped his dick unto the pool table revealing a rose tattoo on his bell end......said he got it done in Hong Kong if I remember rightly when he was plshed!! |

Back in the 80's a friend & I used to go to different pubs once a week to play darts, turned up at the King William in Chigwell & if you wanted to play you had to put your name down & then score the match before you played, so it came for my turn to play & up till that point had taken no notice off the people playing, it was then I noticed that the world number two at the time Bobby George was playing, he duly won ( winner stays on ) so it was my turn to play him, my friend & I both played him three times ( 301 ) & I actually had one dart at a double in one of the games which I sadly missed.
