Rhino : Who is killing who?
We both know it's for years just sectarian violence between factions, but you're such an anti - US - wtat you'll deny that and try and turn it around on the west.

In Iraq for example, the deaths are largely sectarian between those peoples, but
YOU will blame it on the US, because you're a left wing bigot..

Frankly I'm amassed that the likes of just checking resort to the old formula of name calling when people use reason to approach a problem.
Simply sucking up everything that is told to you will have you believe that the west is some moral creature acting with virtue and does what they do for the collective good and not about protectionism, control and the furnishing of greed.

Of course these actions like in Paris are abhorrent and the individuals who carry out these cowardly acts are indoctrinated but it's a vicious cycle of tit for tat where one side increasingly used robots, drones and high tech killing machines from afar as a result of valuing their own life and appeasing the electorate and the other sacrifices their life to gain revenge in anyway they can.
Distorting tenets of some religion to galvanise others in what they consider a holy war is the result of oppression in many forms, the whole idea of martyrdom is as old as the hills and can be traced back through many creeds as a weapon used as last resort.
I'm not saying we need to put our trust in those hating us, I'm saying we need to recognise that the problem is perpetual.

Decisions that have been taken have a cause and effect similar to Newton's third law in physics, if somebody feels hard done by and resentful coupled with some malignant ideology or theocracy then the gains made by that decision have to be substantial enough to control the reaction.
So we live as a result with ever greater fences, walls or spying powers, but they will always get through at some point, only to get the reaction the minority wanted in the rhetoric that is used by those who simply want to turn the screw yet further.

dusty and rhino are right in what they say.

There is always a day of reckoning. We have killed far more civilians than the terrorists.

To complain about the tactics and methods of the 8 men on Friday night is missing the point. War is hell and rules don't exist. Guantanomo is an example of that.

The Geneva Convention goes some way to establishing some sort of framework for war but in reality anything goes. The Yanks used white phosphorous in Fallujah...

What happened in Fallujah is worth researching. Truly horrendous..

Was Friday night an abomination? Yes. Has it been coming? Yes. Is the multi cultural experiment a disaster? Yes. Is Islam the problem? Yes.

Is open door immigration madness personified? Yes.

But we don't exactly help the situation with our foreign policy..

The problem is not a political or religious one. This is merely the sea in which evil swims. Doctors know that in murders of extreme violence there is often a genetic problem caused by inbreeding and too close family relations. This is a major problem in many of the countries were we see these suicide bombings and brutal barbaric behavior. Medical people have know through many years the genetic flaws caused by too close inbreeding and its connection to extreme violent murder in these areas but are reluctant to comment on it.
But this is the core of the problem, and it is something that is increasingly so in many countries.
The surprising thing about evil is it will always find a reason. When Brady meet Sutcliffe on a secure medical ward he asked him why he had killed all those women. Sutcliffe told him it was because God told him.
Really? said Brady, and did he speak with a Yorkshire accent.

actually, no. perhaps if you lump in the hundreds of thousands who died under un sanctions

War is hell and rules don't exist. Guantanomo is an example of that.
actually no, there are extensive rules, guantanamo is an example of that

The Geneva Convention goes some way to establishing some sort of framework for war but in reality anything goes.
actually no, they provide a clear framework to signatories, but do not apply to non-signatories or combatant groups outside the terms

Was Friday night an abomination? Yes. Has it been coming? Yes. Is the multi cultural experiment a disaster? Yes. Is Islam the problem? Yes. Is open door immigration madness personified? Yes.

i agree with you here

But we don't exactly help the situation with our foreign policy..

Well I'm glad it's all sorted out now.

We've had a good few minutes now from what-about-ary left wingers, and
that's what matters. I cant wait until we get back to normal on
the Monday BBC/C4 "let the jehad-'s in or you're a racist" bulletin!

What I'd love to know is if we were to eradicate what has gone before and suggest now is year zero if you will (even though we are all results of our environment) then what exactly is it that those wanting to defend their own luxuries propose 'we' do?

Do we increase bombing and perhaps send in ground troops against a slightly different enemy (that inside tally is the enemy of our last enemy) or perhaps wipe out all the fractions of enemy related to Islam that are all a posed to isis?
Or maybe attempt to exterminate all Islam both home and abroad, trace back all only truly I diginous lines to a spuriously chosen date and say all others get extracted from the west?

There are elements of truth to lfc's assessment of inbreeding, but it would be an obscure remedy to improve it by being even more selective in who is allowed to breed with whom.

Is the multi cultural experiment a disaster? Yes. Is Islam the problem? Yes. Is open door immigration madness personified? Yes.

multi-culturalism?
islam in all it's forms is as valid as all the alternatives?
terrorism as a valid response for grievance or ambition?
anyone opposed to open door immigration is a racist?
it's the role of society to adapt to the immigrant, but not the reverse?

the list goes on but all are beliefs and policies of the left (though some may shy away from them at moments like this)
By:

My point is rhino good, polybot bad.

sums up the left, can't think, can't reason, but uses recognition symbols to determine if someone or something is "of their tribe" or "heretic". once this is determined they are simple "bad" or "evil" or "Haram" and the rest is simple. no thinking required.

make sure you save some of your blame for the EU, their long term plan has always been for a rainbow Europe no matter at what cost. No we never signed up to Shengen, we never signed up to the European Works Directive, but it still got pushed on us by the back door as have many other changes, and as will Shengen eventually. This is a set back for them but they have plenty of time, they may have to wait until this generation is dead but they are planning ahead in their indoctrination of the youth of Europe. I ask you to consider getting hold of a copy of " The End of the English: The European Superstate" by David Brown (1p at Amazon) although written in 2008 the stories will really open your eyes to the totalitarianism planned by the EU.

we never signed up to the European Works Directive,

funny that.
germany and france stalled on the anti monopoly stance re postal services whilst we went full steam ahead with it.

reason was germany and france wanted to protect their workers.

now that is a dirty "word" for tories so just pick the other argument and even then make it up as you go along sunshine.

fact is france has a problem because like us they ruled certain countries int heir past and like us they allow easier immigration from those countries.....the countries they used to rule just so happen to have more extremists than ours.
thats some eu issue.....

luckily our security services are on the ball mostly....france's isnt by the looks of it
