What a cracking Test match that was.
Brilliant to see Finn get applauded off the field at the end of the second Aussie innings - and for him to get MotM. The crowd have been exceptionally good at Edgbaston creating a brilliant atmosphere. There was an Aussie woman on one of Radio 5's Ashes programmes this week who suggested Edgbaston should always be the home of the first Test match in a Series as it creates such a great 'feel good' factor for England. She definitely has a point. |

I was listening to that at lunchtime, they said it once was first test match. Even thou it would make sense to make it the first test but being the 3rd helps whatever test score is going into it is.

One thing's for sure; it should always be one of the grounds every time we play a Series over here. I think I heard them say this is the first time for 6 years it's been on the calendar? |
