Aye well let's just make one thing clear to that prik in the Guardian. They are savvy girls who have seen what happened to Lee Rigby, Alan Henning and many more. They have also seen what these bastards have done to fellow mussys, schoolgirls in Nigeria, and innocents of every creed they have butchered. They then decided to leave their families-home to get on a plane with the sole intention of becoming jihadi brides and giving their lives to the 'cause' They are not stupid, as we keep hearing, they know exactly what, and who they are marrying into, they weren't kidnapped. they were not forced. Their choice, and it'sabout time the media and the government got some balls and said just that..

Even the liberal intelligentsia are finding it difficult to justify and excuse these scumbags.

When they achieve A grades, it's all down to them.

When they decide to join ISIS, it's everybody else's fault.

That's what gets me about the media, and they are all complicit in this on tv. The nauseous fawning over these 3. Just this morning i tuned into Susanna Reid (cricket break) straining her arse asking some apologist bint "Well what can we do to help the girls now" and "Can the police still help them" Here's a clue Susanna, your help won't be appreciated (unless you send them a live hostage to practice on) nor will any authoritarians. In fact anyone trying to 'help' them now will end up dead or become another pawn. And don't be surprised if the next time you see or hear of one of these 3 it will be when they blow themselves up alongside more innocents who are far more deserving of your 'concern'  When will they wake up?

Deluded mugs.

They still can not understand that there are evil people out there who will kill for their beliefs.

You'd think they had never heard of the holocaust for example.

as I have pointed out - the gruniad is stuffed full of muslims writing for them

they will try to deflect any criticism of their so called religion

Spot on guiness, great posts. I think most sane people would struggle to disagree with any of what you've written.

The islamic propaganda spewing out of the guardian is unbelievable.

They should be condemning well educated girls who support a death cult.

Instead it is excuses all round.

Something else that was said this morning was this littly ditty offered up by the apologist bint. When asked by Susanna Reid what will the girls be doing (no mention of being brides of course) now they have arrived in Syria, she said... "Well they could be receiving some weapon training" Oh how i smiled...

I'm sure Ben Shephard s****ed btw..

I think the security forces have known some time of there activity on the net etc  and decided to let the whole thing run.not getiing enough out of the muslem community, blame the turkish airlines, for letting underage girls on a flight, muslem community now all sitting up and listening, winner winner as far as security sevices goes.

I thought these muslims families kept their girls on a very tight leash (almost chaperoned) - so surprised the families didn't know where these girls were for what must have been many hours before they flew out and reported it.

I mean it takes a bit of organising to pack bags, get money and passports, meet up with friends, travel to the airport, get checked in, go into departures, fly out etc.

Haven't really read much of the background to this story, so maybe the family have already explained this

I think the police have taken their computers, gathered all the history from it,then deleted it telling everybody, nothing on there at all, this really does smell of spooks type stuff.

A shame they never attached some kind of tracking device to these scum in order that they could be greeted by a drone on their arrival in Syria.

Good riddance.

I've just watched a debate about border controla and some bint saying we should do more to "stop these people from leaving" As there is an open door poilcy of entering the UK, i see no reason why there shouldn't be the same policy to those who want to leave..

I agree as long as they are never allowed to come back,
surely there silly children will see sights that belong in hell and say to themselves what the heck are we doing here,
there must be some good somewhere hidden in these people!?

Yes, naydam, bizman posted a great piece saying just that (and more) on page2. Probably the best piece i've seen written by anyone regarding this 'faith'.

Are they still straight A students - they're probably now at B+ level and in terminal decline.

I should think as they have taken unauthorised absence from school, their parents will be fined - or are there different rules for them as opposed to families who take their children for a week to Spain?

Well, I reckon that, by now, the excitement of the adventure will have worn off. They will realise that they have made a teensy mistake.
They will also have discovered that they are totally useless to their new society. They are too old. They can't cook. They can't clean. They won't stop bloody crying and they want to go home. They don't know the Koran properly or how devout Muslim woman should behave. The only purpose that they are good for is to be passed about between the troops.

My opinion could be very wrong, of course. They may be thriving and enjoying life but I doubt it very much.

It's quite nice weather out there in Syria at the moment, dry and sunny, not too hot, a bit like late Spring here. Apart from the flies, dust, poor sanitation and cadaverous odours, occasional explosions and small arms fire, there's not much to worry about really.

Perhaps Lenny Henry can divert some Comic relief cash from Africa to make their stay in Syria a little more comfortable.

But their parents generation didn't feel the need to take the Quran to such extremes. And infinitely fewer first generation immigrants to the UK became "radicalised". Did they just lack opportunity, secretly holding an idealism that was just bubbling under the surface? You have to ask yourself what has changed.

And that question is in no way condoning the subsequent actions of these British born jihadists, who the UK has done it's best to accommodate.

What has changed is comms. The ease and cheapness of international communications today was undreamt of a generation ago.

I'm not so sure. I think the previous generation came to the UK trying to make something of themselves. Not assimilating necessarily, but wanting to fit in and buy into at least some of the commercial and ideological values of their adopted nation.

What we see now is a somewhat disaffected generation, that have their religious and political beliefs aligned with those thousands of miles away and at hugely conflicting odds with those of the country in which they were born.

totally disagree, a very high percentage of the older generation cannot still speak English. A lot never even bothered with work. They did not try and fit in, they formed their own social groups and areas where they lived.
