Man City missed a penalty at Arsenal on Sunday but Arsenal have missed their last three against Man City. What was noteworthy about the first of those three missed penalties?

Was something I read many many years ago! Before the internet even! I've always been interested in words, and I think because I was a tennis player it stuck.

Word with most definitions is....SET
By:
Yes. wd Colly (already had a correct answer though)
By:
Ah sorry just seen sparky's answer. I asked that Q in one of my 'word' quizzes once.
By:
I had a dictionary that listed the number of different definitions of a word. Quite amazingly, it's just come back to me, that for 'set' it was 26. Please tell me this is right, because if so that is info from 34 years ago!
By:
Sparky, I seem to remember when I asked the Q the number of definitions for SET was close to 60, sounds a lot, I'll have a look.
By:
I guess there's some variance on how you thickly you define different.

HUNGARY, 1954 (JUST BEFORE THEY LOST TO WG) CURRENT SPAIN TEAM 3RD, BRAZIL 1962 = 2ND. ENGLAND 1966 = 10TH. SINCE THEN WE ARE RANKED 4TH OVER THE PERIOD. WORTH A LOOK ON WIKI, LOOKS FAR MORE REALISTIC THAN FIFA RANKINGS. BRAZIL CURRENTLY 2ND (14TH ACCORDING TO FIFA) Two to get... How often do the minute and hour hand overlap? And noone has correctly guessed one of the five lowest in gdp/head states in USA |

delaware?

You need to think of poor states, not low population states, it seems people are misunderstanding the meaning of gdp/head. Or they are just coincidentally guessing low population states.
