Tesco should use this for an add campaign  - The Finest Range Mozzarella Tomato and Basil .
Something like - WHY NOT BUY TWO, you never know who could be waiting when you get home .

from zero to murderer in 1 night, probably why defence are going for manslaughter, some sort of red mist.

If coppers can dig up anything that would indicate some escalating path to murdering someone they would get a murder conviction

a couple were celebrating their golden wedding and a local reporter was detailed to get a few quotes to go with a photo of the happy couple ....

' have you ever quarrelled ? ' asked the novice reporter to the husband.

'Often' he answered.

' What is the secret of a long marriage ? ' continued the young man.

' Not to carry out my threats to kill her. ' replied the husband.

Once we hear someone has murdered their wife, we can comprehend the state of mind of the killer.

When it is a random attack on a neighbour with whom there has been no previous contact we may ask.

Was was the motive? In this case it is a mystery still.

FFS, whatever happened to the old fashioned, gentleman flasher.

In the heyday of the dirty mac flasher a perv would flash and then be on his toes. But now ****s like this expect their pervy ways to be reciprocated and get angry when it isn't. Pervs ain't what they used to be.

Perhaps he did flash, it was a cold night and she laughed out loud and pointed at his shrivelled Dutch derek and then all hell broke loose. I might be wrong.

I still can't believe Betfair are refusing to pay out on the landlord. Tabak was NOT in the list of runners, and although he may be guiltier than the landlord, the landlord was clearly guiltier than the boyfriend and her workmates.

He also told officers he might have eaten a pizza on the night of the murder. The Tesco pizza Miss Yeates bought just before she died has never been found and scientists have determined that she didn’t eat it herself.
The court had previously heard Tabak also told police Mr Jefferies had a habit of entering his flat without permission and had offered police potentially incriminating evidence about his landlord’s car in a bid to throw them off his scent.
At the time, Mr Jefferies was under arrest in connection with the murder, although he was later cleared of involvement.

what I hadn't realise that these court portraits cannot be drawn in situe. The artist has to memorise all the features and draw the figure(s) afterwards.Very clever.

They still sensationalise certain features Facts, in this instance its the size of Tabaks hands, I've seen other cases where its the beady eyes or robbers nose .

Following the site visits, the jurors were sent home for the rest of day.
The trial is expected to last four weeks.

The jury retraced the route she took that evening, up Park Street and past the Bristol Ram pub, where she had gone for drinks with colleagues.

Tabak has admitted manslaughter but denies murder
They also went to a Waitrose store Miss Yeates is known to have visited, as well as the Tesco Express store where she bought a pizza.

Jurors also visited 53 Canynge Road, where a party was held on the night she disappeared, and to Percival Court, adjacent to the rear of Miss Yeates's flat.

The jury was then taken to her flat at 44 Canynge Road, which has been preserved as it was on the evening she died, before the group went to Longwood Lane in Failand, North Somerset, where Miss Yeates's body was discovered.

The defence brief made a point of telling the jury to go in joanna's kitchen and look out of the window to tabaks flat........
I've an inkling of what the defence to a murder charge will be...........
