The murderer had about twenty seconds to jump out of car, open the boot, remove the body and lift to the verge. Probably lacked the physical strength to lift over wall and if sock fell off at that point he probably grabbed it and disposed of it somewhere else.

because sparkmaster they said to joanna bring your sock then and grabbed the pizza en route out to do whatever with her.But the purse and cards were in the flat though and i think this defeats my theory of being robbed

Type

longwood lane, failand

Into google maps and then drag the man onto it. Not sure how far along it was though?

The DNA evidence comes from Joanna's body, presumably the attacker's skin under her fingernails (though I've not seen that confirmed). The landlord was sprung soon after this evidence was announced.

Also since then, the direction of the enquiry has changed, with the police asking for help identifying the car, and the people behind Joanna in the cctv, and in finding the sock.

The police have the landlord at 1000/1 now.

Think we are starting to stretch the realms of fantasy chaps, very unusual for murders to be commited by strangers, for me there are only two possible murderers, thats the LL or the BF,I still favour the BF as dont think the LL is strong enough [alledgedly]

epic i think Joanna left the the flat alive with the one or two assailants

About 30% committed by strangers, so it's hardly a fantasy.

Amd murders where the guilty party is not charged within a few days will mostly be committed by strangers i would think

it's strange because she wasn't sexually assaulted or robbed.

By:

very fair point RttF - which puts the Bf squarely in the frame imo, but whether they will find the conclusive evidence to bring about a conviction is an entirely different matter.

Not sure a sexual motive has been discounted.
By:
kruger76
When: 06 Jan 11 00:08
true, one of the major issues being that very little has actually been discounted by the police, publicly at least.

Not sure a sexual motive has been discounted.

Surely all the sexy birds were in Bristol city centre on a Friday night and not shopping in Tesco for a pizza while wearing an anorak and a rucksack.

sorry kruger no disrespect just joking about wasn't aimed at any body in particular Happy

To be honest she isn't that attractive. I'd say average.

If it wasn't sexual and it wasn't robbery then it must be a random killer or someone who knew her.

A random killer isn't going to just strangle her and then drive her body about is he? A random killer would more likely be crazy and slash her or something?

Boyfriend could be coming in slightly. Haven't heard anything at all about workmates or ex's though.

It will all come out in the washing. What we don't know are the facts of the case .I.E. petrol receipts etc..

And we still don't know if she drank the cider. The press will start on that tomorrow or friday I reckon. Already a bit of it today.

Petrol receipts could mean nothing...he could have turned back after visiting the petrol station.
