Meet The Wife: Starring the late, great Freddie Frinton and Thora Hird as the wife.
His "Yeyss" agreements to her ridiculous snobbery used to make me howl with laughter. Bootsie (Bootsy?) and Snudge: With the late, great Thingy and Thingy (can't remember their names without Googling. The Telly Goons - A very short lived puppet show of The Goons. |

The Upchat Line
Mike Upchat (John Alderton) was homeless and kept all his belongings in a left luggage locker in a railway station. Having nowhere to sleep, every day he had to find a girl to spend the night with. Mid 70s I think. |

Come on chit-chatters - an old sit-com with Terry Scott has a garden gnome. I think his fellow lead was Hugh ______? - a well known comedy actor.
I'm trying to get it without resorting to Google. |

I remember an American comedy series in the eighties, the title eludes me. 2 men shared a flat. A gorgeous busty blonde answered their advert for a flatmate and moved in . The two men both had girlfriends who lived elsewhere so they were not happy with this arrangement. It was a forerunner of Friends and was shown on Channel 4. Does anybody remember what it was called?
