down to 12st 10lbs today after just one day :^0

trust me, v diet lite and jogging burns the blubber like no man... and the jogging must occur as soon as you wake up as it tricks the body into burning overnight stored fat by the body for energy.

you can get away with most foods on a diet. just keep the portions small and down pints of water before and after and you are snorted.

i suggest if you can manage it with work commitments etc, are you carrying a lot of weight , are you fat, or do you want to build up.anyway i suggest no more than 30mins of power walking,or bike,or jog ,in morning before breakfast. cup of coffee to start get the metabolism going to get rid of body fat. do this 4/5 times a week, and do our weights no more than 4 nights a week.BUT REMEMBER THE FOOD IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE EXERCISE IF OU WANT A BODY.IF OURE FAT LIKE ME AT MOMENT then cut out a lot of carbs and eat mainly protein, drink water and coffee. porridge is brill after the morning jog, and after your weights have a protein drink etc and then an evening meal of chicken /fish etc but very low on carbs. BUT THEN AGAIN IF THE TRAINING IS FOR GETTING FIT FOR MARATHONS ETC YOU WANT TO EAT A LOT OF CARBS.

I WOULDNT OVERDUE ALL THOSE IN GYM IN ONE SESSION, BUT IF YOU DO EAT SOMETHING LIKE FRUIT PASTILLES/ WINE GUMS SUGARY STUFF, ALSO DONT WORK SO HARD TRY AND MONITOR YOUR HEART RATE, THIS IS IMPORTANT IN GETTING RID OF FAT

Does that mean it's safe to lose more than 2lbs per week? I have always thought that was BS...

good question, all these programmes on tv etc advice to lose it very slowly, but ask any body builder they shift fat to six pack in around 6/12 weeks. i expect to lose at least 12 lbs in 1 st week, by simple excercise but eat no crap. last time i did this i was 15st 10 lbs, lethargic, sleeping a lot , sitting on sofa doing nowt, started on my birthday 15/8 ,by 1/10 i was complete different person.energetic, bubbly, outdoors all the time, fab feeling. ps i had six pack without doing ANY SIT UPS.i was posing and showing off in bootsmachine on 1/10 weighing 13 st, loss of2st 10.people will say this is a lot of ** , but on m 10 year old boys life its true, if i remember rightly i started off on the slimmers world diet of RED DAYS , didnt go to the meetings , m girlfriend did.RED DAYS are mainly protein diet, cutting out bread and no more than 1/2 pint of milk a day.vegetables are ok.

p s but it does get to be an obsession and could spoil your life, so for any ordinary person my advice would be to exercise , eat sensibly and of course have treats, but it true YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT, and i feel like a beached whale at moment.

diet coffee 30 mins cardo porridge with banas/ raisens
mid morning omlette /scrambled egg or protein drink
lunch chicken/tuna salad etc
mid after fruits
evening weights or good walk followed with nice dinner including small amount of rice/pasta jacker etcwith meat /fish vegetables. have glass of wine as treat.
this is an idea of a good diet for all, drink plenty of water, no sweets, biscuitsetc, but one day a week say sunday have a bit of a binge, but dont go silly. anytime feeling a bit dizz etc take a diet coke or some wine gums , get some sugar in your bloodstream. good luck , im starting tomorrow
