Good luck FatPunt, I’m going for Insurrection in the 1.50 at Sandown, ran well at Cheltenham and unexposed over fences. GL with your bets today.

1.20 Sand Nardaran 5ew. Won with 1st time tounge tie Lto, retained today. Good ground, Bowen up. Fancy it to be placed at least. Good luck today lads.

Now that you're on the scoreboard Chewy.
Would you like to use the Wildcard this week? And Happy can you sign in and let us know you're around today? |

Good luck today guys!

Another great ride from Tom in the opener at Haydock
I've manged to get a fresh Bet365 account and had a bit on for the Championship |

I like the look of Myal in the 2.50 Haydock. He was sent for home far too soon on his seasonal debut and he might have just needed the race too. But he still ran a cracking race and he can continue the good work of last season into 2025 This trip and track suits him really well and even though it looks a very competitive race, he has to go close but his price is a little tight.

Just one horse makes any appeal over the jumps today. Pic Dorhy looks worth a bet . He loves a Right handed track (preferably Ascot) and he's been kept fresh for this race. There also doesn't look to be many in there who like to race up with the pace so he could get a nice easy time of it on the front end.
The fav is one I'm happy to take on at a short price, but taking on the magic carrots isn't always a wise move! lol |

Going for Mostly Sunny 4.45 Sandown, horse inform and looks like Skelton stable winner today, but I think my second choice High Class Hero will wrap the Championship up for Mullins.
Whippin not sure Happy is around at moment.,gl all |
By:
I've posted a selection for happy. If he does show up he can use the wildcard. Good luck today Tangle
By:
Of course Mullins would put spoilers in there so Pic Dohry couldn't get to the front and they would set the race up for GW.....a schoolboy error on my part. But just another reason why I hardly bet on jumps racing these days.
By:
Myal is real a grand game horse and I think he can win listed races on soft going. I backed him but he was a touch to short to put up for the comp. Would you like to use the Wildcard for that that Mullins runner, Tangle?

I’m going in early this week with my twice winning selection Westmorian, around 5-1, 10 pts win, it’s running in the 6.15 at Southwell.
By:
Crumbs number seven I was going to put up Rohaan so I will try for later in the week,gl for your selection we need it.
By:
Whippin Picadilly,
Sorry I haven’t posted this week, I have had other things on my mind. I will post a selection from tomorrow to Saturday 3rd May. |
By:
No worries happy mate. The comp is just a bit of fun and your own personal things should always come. I hope you're OK and you can get back involved this week.
We hit the crossbar a few times last week so we have it all to do. |

Helvic Dream (E/W)
Just ran out of it late on LTO when 2ND in a 100K race @ F.House.Been upped 3LB for that effort but can see him being in the mix here again as that was only his 2ND outing since November.Had a couple of these behind him that day,American Dream & notably Serienmond who's a good few points shorter in the mkt. Looking through his form he's actually got a GP1 on his CV,The Tattersalls Gold Cup. GL fellas. |

Never heard of a cuppa giving you the sh1ts. ![]() |

3.05 Punch Gabriels Getaway ran well for a long way at Donny off a year long break. Should be all the better for that run. 2m on good is perfect. 10pts win.
By:
Gabriels 12 to 27 on here in 5 minutes, I knew my fate. PU.

Wd Happy,good call.

It looks like I will leave it until Saturday again; I just haven't fancied anything strongly throughout the week. I think I've got one at a nice price in the Guineas.

Good call Happy and welcome back!
Looks like we might need a big priced winner Fatpunt, so I hope you've got one lined up for us? ![]() Might have a pop at one at Newcastle, Bobby Joe Leg in the 7.55. It might bee that he's had enough for this AW season but you can make excuses for his last 3 races. He has a bit of form at Wolves but he's much better on a straight track. Then his next start at Southers was in a messy race, pace wise and then he had a rare run on turf which isn't his bag. I still thought he ran well enough in that one to suggest he's still in a bit of form. Not a banker by any means but I can see him out running his odds this evening. I'll go win because EW won't do us much good this round. |
By:
Whippin ,horse has had some good form at Newcastle let’s hope for a miracle
![]() |
By:
Yeah, we need a bit of luck but there's plenty of if, buts and maybes about a few of the other runners.
By:
The old boy ran on late but he's probably had enough for the time being.
For a bit of fun and because we are well of the pace this round. Let's use the wildcard for a big priced one. Can you all post one up but it must be at a double figure price I'll pick one out of those you all post. GL with all your bets this Guineas weekend lads |
By:
Whippin well worth going for a longer price one
Will hunt for one tomorrow |
By:
I've gone for Green Impact in The Guineas. It's got some decent form in the book, but looks overpriced. I have slight concerns about the stable form, but let's have a go. Fingers crossed.
By:
Purosangue - 1.45 Nmt.
By:
Suggestion for wildcard is American Style-4.40 Newmarket around 9/1,De Sousa teaming up with K.Ryan both ok at Newmarket and horse could improve further after wind op.
By:
Purosanque best form is on softer going but he has won on Gd-Fm and in a wide open race and at a decent price, lets go with him. Good luck with your pick in the 2000gns FP
By:
I probably would have went for Cruyff Turn in the Thirsk Hunt Cup. He looked on very good terms with himself LTO, the new mark doesn't look beyond him and the stable are in decent nick.
By:
Ruling Court for me in the 2000Gns, I'm on at double the price it is now. And it wouldn't surprise me to see Mr Baloo transfer his good AW form over the Winter onto the turf today. He has form including winning on turf and it might be a case of that he's just getting better with age rather than a preference for the AW

A Definite Getaway – 3:50 Newton Abbot
Mickey (Mouse) Bowen took over the training reins from his old man a week ago and is looking for winners, and so am I. But what do I know? ![]() |
By:
We really could do with a winning round...let's see what we can do to put us in a decent position. I really like one at Ascot at a double figure price and 2 in the same race that I believe will fight out the finish. It's a tough call to pick one over the other so I'll split my stakes and RFC them. If any of you are sweet on more than one horse today, let me know and you can use the Wildcard. Good luck today lads

Chartwell Jock (Win)
GL fellas |
By:
Good luck Penzance. I like Houstonn in the 3.15. He'll appreciate getting back on a faster surface after 2 poor runs on soft going at the backend of last season. He's ran well over this course, looks on a fair mark and he's quite lightly raced for his age. This race race looks a good fit for him and he's a very fair price

1.30 Hay Tiny Tetley 10pts win. CDG winner LTO. Has won GF I think it'll be quick at Haydock today. GL with your picks lads.
