bluenose obviously has forgotten to post, as his selection, posted here earlier, has already run without success. I am assuming he is not about on the forum now, so someone, I think will need to make a wildcard selection. Any volunteers? I think we should give him until 2.50 before anyone submits a wildcard.

I don't have any ideas, you or duke take it if necessary?
|
|
By:
Caribeno in the last at Lingfield should win but is short but points is points
|
|
By:
I don't really think we should be going for odds on selections so I am minded to go for Hear Me Out in the 4.25 at Kelso
|
|
By:
Ok go for it EW

Not to worry, a good week to start off with a bit of confidence

I know we should probably play safe by going e/w on 2nd/3rd favs in 8 runner races to maintain our lead but I am afraid I am going to risk my stake win only on Dandolo Du Gite in the 3.10 Catterick tomorrow.
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I see it as being between the two market leaders and, given the favourite is up 13lbs for it's last run and 7lbs for the one before that, I think they are the wrong way round in the market at current prices, especially as I feel my choice is better suited to the 2 mile trip than Fire Away. ![]() ![]() ![]() Apologies in advance, Mad. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

By:
Good luck with that one mad. You may be concerned however that I quite fancy that one too!

But at least I wont feel so bad if it loses boss!

Sorry lads....always looked second best to the winner throughout the race.

Gericault Roque - 1.55 Sand - EW
Hopefully back to winning back down in trip. |

By:
Good luck with that one undecided.

Nice one ud

|
By:
Well done undecided. I didn't think it was going to do it between the 3rd last and 2nd last but in the end won fairly easily.
|
|
By:
I see it was matched as high as 59/1 in running for pennies but a fair bit of money at over 20/1. I can't see it should ever have been these prices

Had to go out, didn't see race.
Good luck for last day team ![]() |

I am going for Forza Milan ew in the 4.30 Navan. Trainer showed a glimpse of form during the week, so I'll take a chance.
|
|
By:
Going for one in a hurdle race today as the only other horse I fancy is in a six runner race at Ayr and is a bit short for an EW
Langer Dan in the 2.25 at Sandown EW - plenty of NRs but at least a 123. Unless any of you were thinking of sticking this one up I will post in 30 mins on the selection thread and put up Caventra in the Ayr 3.07 as a win |
|
By:
hopefully Venetias continue in good form, bottom weight so am going e.w Farinet 3.35 Sandown
|

I am afraid I am having difficulty coming up with a selection; the one I had in mind last night is a non-runner at Ayr and then the one I thought I had decided on has been picked by lockup. Looking at the other teams selections I see that 3 have all gone for Patroclus in the 1.50 at Sandown. I suppose there is an argument that I could nullify them all by picking that as well, as we are currently in the lead. Is that sporting? I don't know. I am currently veering towards one in the 4.10 at Sandown but that is certainly not set in stone yet. Apart from myself there is still dukeofpuke and bluenose to post, so in case either of them fails to post by 2.50 could someone be ready with a wild-card selection. I am not clear whether The Sawyer's post is suggesting Caventra at Ayr, but anyway we will have to ensure that we get the full 8 selections made.
