A **** paper away from the win. Well done on place though SS

By:
Tiger not bothering?, cant see his up and its off time, scheduled that is!
By:
I was actually confident it was going to mow it down under that rail
![]() Decent 2nd though and will do well on the AW that one |
By:
Good choice I think. Even if it wins, we really need more points with most of the chasing pack yet to play.
By:
Had another look at the form and decided not too.
By:
Not even placed......didn't like it myself
By:
Well done with the place money SS, so close to the cigar, nice one.

Good call....Tiger. I didn't like how quickly it was out again.
By:
Had a long look at Elliotts record at Gowran Park, 16% strike rate with his lto winners, good decision as it turns out. Live to fight another day.
By:
James is doing a good job with that horse and he will be in the winners enclosure again soon. You have to admit, Ray Dawson is looking super value for his 5lbs.
By:
Done by just a nose SS, ffs, your turn is coming........
By:
If I see a horse I like go too short and I'm not on at an acceptable price, I just let it run. This has served me well over the years.
Any you like at Newcastle tonight? Corked might go well in the next, she likes Newcastle and goes well for PJ. The 2 3yo might improve again though. |

The 3yo's John Jasper & I Can't Remember

WD SS more points on the board

Another stride and he kops the gold Sont
.... Ran really well, Well Played.Plenty of early dosh for mine WP,no doubt tipped up by somebody,do whats best for the team in terms of staking, leave that in your capable hands. Enjoy the weekends racing everyone. |
By:
Aye another 10 yards and it was the winner
Thems the margins sometimes though, someone got the nice priced winner though so fair play |
By:
WD regardless SS , keeps things rolling
By:
Good luck those that still have to play tomorrow.
By:
6 bottles of Old Speckled Hen gone, 6 bottles of Coper Dragon Golden Pippin gone, first bottle of red, open, looking for inspiration.
By:
Looking for a moment of clarity, Tiger
By:
I might go EW with Noc's because it's an incredibly competitive race and 4 places will be available. If we pick up a place with Noc's and then me or tiger pick a decent priced winner, that could get the job done.
By:
I have a number of selections priced at 5/1+ under consideration....I'm hoping not too much money comes for them.
By:
Go for it, noc's if its an each way price then take it for four places. I'm looking at 2 at the moment, both around the 5/2 mark. Ruled out Rich Waters in the 5.55 because of the weight pull that Hannons horse has for a 5 length beating, on we go into the night.
By:
Sorted, and still another bottle of wine and a bit to go, happy days.
By:
Ha ha enjoy your night Tiger. I'm having a couple of beers myself. I have it down to 2 but I'll make my decision tomorrow
Goodnight mate. |
By:
Goodnight WP.
By:
GL tomorrow and hopefully we get over the line in front

Good luck with your selections today guys, unlucky with yours yesterday SS but still pts on the board mate.
By:
Ascot off! I'll have to think again, was going win and place on Snazzy Jazzy on the soft going, ffs.
By:
Form study a bit of a waste when the rains come, Have a fancy for Cornerstone Lad though in the 4.00, has performed on soft and heavy, but what you don't want for a Micky Hammond runner is to see a drift, wont be able to monitor the market with the race being an hour after cut off time Rum Runner in the 2.15 hasn't gone on anything softer than soft, but is still a possible, Harker has two winners from his last three runners. Ant that gamle of Rae Guests looks interesting in the 6.30 Wolves, courtesy of Chavman.
By:
My selection was due to run at Ascot along with Noc's by selection. So team plans have been throw into disarray. We shall steady the ship and go back to the form book. If any of the team has a strong fancy at a decent price (Noc doesn't like backing favs) I shall consider it for a selection.
By:
I'm thinking of a strategy that could work out. I like Champers Elysees and I can't see her getting beat but if there was to be an upset, I do like the look of Billesdon Brook what with her excellent course record and ability to hand soft going, the 12s for her does look a touch of value IMO. I might go win CE and EW BB with the wildcard.
By:
Dana Forever in the 8.00, not been out of the first 3 on the aw, the 5th has come and and won from her last race, around the 14/1 mark. How do you go about picking for someone else though, difficult to know what anyone else looks for?
By:
I'm going for CE & BB in the Group 1.
By:
I also like Ibn Arabi at Wolves this evening but his price is starting to look a bit skinny.
By:
Well, that didn't pan out as expected....got the winner in my 10 to follow, but deserted her today.
![]() Good luck, Tiger, bring it home for the team mate. |

Never in doubt, sadly it had drifted to 2/1 but finished up at 11/8, they all count. |

Nice one Tiger
![]() Did we have two in one race today? Thought we were trying to avoid that happeneing? Never mind though, we might finish second or third this round still a decent achievement. |
