Rather annoyed in that I've already had Raecius Felix and Vindolanda as my only two bets so far today! Would prob have put up the latter e/w had there been 8 runners. Got Eagle Court and Lunar Jet in this one...... |

Well done, lets hope that all our team's selections win as easily as that one. Rather annoying when your other possible selections win at bigger prices but a winner is a winner and it is a good start to this round of the competition

Nothing really stands out tmoz for me so i'm going for Last Surprise 6.45 Kempton 10pts Win a progressive 3 year old who had 3 runs early in the year in the middle east,6f is her best trip and this class 2 is winnable,only concern is the jockey Dane O'Neill who has ridden her before i would be more confident if James Doyle was up top.Its hammering it down at Newmarket at the moment so who knows how that will affect conditions for tomorrow.I would like Fivethousandtoone to win the Dewhurst for the King Power stable who have had 2 winners there today with Winter Power and Happy Power.

Normally I have only 2 or 3 to pick from by the time it comes to Saturday but half a dozen today still in contention, 3 on the flat and 3 over jumps, so will probably make a late decision just before the start of the race I choose. Good luck to everybody today

There's a few I fancy today but I'm going to put Boldmere up as my selection WIN.

bluenose, I have ended up going with one in the same race as yours, so I don't suppose we can both be right barring a dead heat. I just think that What's The Story is massively overpriced, currently 29/1 on here.

James Park Woods - 3.53 Yarmouth 10pts win Very well in on it's last run at Pontefract...as long as it can reproduce it! Has a line of form at Chester last September that suggests the Ponte run was not a one-off fluke. Conditions should be ideal. |

I've gone early again this week with Urban Artist 3.20 Bath 10 pts win. Think Hughie really wants to win this, and he is in form.

sorry for yet another loser, only had one naps win I think since this comp started so it's not like I'm skirting the winners, just utterly clueless all round lately

Not to worry, undecided. None of us are really shining at the moment, maybe once the main jumps season starts we will improve, in other words once the competition is over! Looks like I will have to try and find a 20/1 winner tomorrow to give us a chance; I am not sure there will me many of them at Ascot, so will maybe have to look elsewhere unless anyone else has one up their sleeves.

I'm looking at 2 at Ascot 3.05 Palace Pier but price too short and 4.15 Raaeq again price too short for this type of race and 4,55 Wolves Laurentia
I'm quite likely going for Laurentia but i was impressed with Raaeq's last win by 5 lengths |

As I said I think I have to go for a big priced one today and the Balmoral seems to be the obvious race to choose from. I think Solid Stone is one that looks overpriced to me at 49/1 on here at the moment and I think that will end up as my pick in the team competition.
