Thanks Different, China and Mackies,
Brentford Hope looked all over the winner from 2 furlongs out. Coming into the last furlong Spencer looked left, right and between his legs to see where the dangers were and never used his whip at all. Hall mark of a winner next time out? |

Nice one happy

good effort, china, unlucky to get done for a place late on having been close to what looked a strong pace
|

Bad luck china, I thought it was good for the place until weakened late on. Doyle not the Pins favourite jock this week.
Anyway we go into tomorrow with around a 3/1 cushion but with only 3 selections against 4. Chances are we will need at least one score. Good luck to our trio tomorrow. |

The 2 I fancy at Ascot today are, Addeybe and Tempus.
Going to go with Abbeybb in the 3.40.5 e-w. Good luck Andrew and George. |

Good luck custard. Tough race (I have backed two against it) but must have an each-way shout. Could be important that you have gone after the 3.00 deadline so the others won't get a steer from the result.
Our form figures in a difficult week have been 13214 so lets hope that consistency continues. |

VWD Happysandwich, easy winner and some good win points.
Unlucky China. I was going for Mishriff EW at Ascot, but CC has scuppered that plan so i will be rooting for Addeybb. EW at 4/1 is not the best bet, but i thought he could win and even if not, 9 points for a placed could make all the difference. I will look for something else. Shane, i also fancy Happy Power EW. Good luck CC and George. Let's hope we looking down on other teams this evening. |

Good luck with the shortie. Hopefully, it can jump. Not bad thinking to try and guarantee some points. Hopefully, George can anchor things home with a winner late in the day.
We haven't seen the colour of the Thieves money yet. |

Good luck CC and Andrew
I've gone for Medicine Jack, 3.10 Catterick, 5 pts EW |

I wouldn't normally select something at 4/5 unless it was the last day of the comp (my winners so far were both 15/8) but i didn't want to undo the great start by others this week. 18 points or so may be valuable at the end of the day, and it doesn't matter who gets the points as long as we get them, it's a team game after all.
He has a short price favourites chance, ran well in decent class at Auteuil so Market Rasen should be fine and it's an ideal course for novices (relatively easy fences). Will get a tow into the race by Totterdown, PN can get them fit and he could turn out to be decent in time (the horse, not trainer ). Pic Dorhy - 2.56 Market Rasen. 10 pts win. Good luck all. |

Struggled to get on as the site has been very slow to load.
Terrific selection custard - not too sure if my two have finished yet - and well done on the place points George. Every point matters. The least said about that Nicholls novice the better. A really tough week but great to come out on top. The Mob are probably gutted to come second with such a good total as no doubt we would have been. It gives us a few points lead but we can't ease up. We need to play the next round as if it is the last round. Wonderful Tonight gave me a winning day and that's seems an appropriate name. Well down all. |

Thanks, my bets are small but it doesn't mean I don't put the effort in. It's been a good year betting wise, particularly given the two months with no action.

Good morning Guys.
Very well done Custard (another high points score) and George on the place points that are equally important. A superb week for the pins with a record breaking points tally by all accounts, a really excellent performance. Well done team, you can be very proud. At the other side of the spectrum, my own selection that was meant to be insurance and protect points previously scored by others was a big let-down. Didn’t jump with fluency at all and never really looked like winning at any stage. When the field was reduced by a NR that I considered the danger, i thought the points were almost won. PN may get him jumping in time and he may even turn out to be as good as he thinks he is, but you wouldn’t want to be lumping on next time out. Good luck to everyone this week. |

At this rate we all are. Might not be bad thing, no team has got off to a flyer this week.

Yes, quiet on the scores front.

Someone's got to go first.
4.07 Lingfield - Make Me A Believer EW As a jumps fan for me this is the race of the week. I was massively impressed with Bear Ghylls on debut but the price has long gone. That said assuming there are no lasting negatives from his long absence I think the Pipe horse is much too big. I thought 6/1 was a big price and he is twice that at the moment. He battled really well to win on his bumper debut and looks a strong galloping type who should be suited by this test. He also has a very pedigree. I will be disappointed if he isn't Graded class. |
