This is simply to gauge the strength of opinion among competitors on the issue. If the majority want it scrapped the settlers will produce a replacement proposal based on the discussion that has already taken place. If the majority want to keep it, the settlers will again discuss how it might be improved (ie possibly a cap). | |||||||||||||||
