I must say I didn't expect so much action early week, and am pleasantly surprised by the bold selections. Whether or not that will prove a wise strategy in the long run, well we'll see.

Best winner today was a 15/2 cracker from hi 5's. 1pt is guaranteed for an Evens+ winner. dukeofpuke has a tough target to aim at.
A great winner too from unluckyStu, 5/1 shot sets a hard task for Sing when ur winning.
the dealer got a 5/2 winner, beating buffythebookieslayer, picking up 3pts (2 for the win plus 1 for the Evens+ winner).
shanelee1966 is first up in his match and a very nice start getting a 9/4 winner.
Today's other winner was from deadbrain59 an 11/8 shot which means victory against bettysboy and 3pts (2+1)
Group 11 is already done for the first week, ending in stalemate, everyone gets a point.
Two other matches have ended in a draw - DeSSieReborn v raspberrybottom, and Cloughie1 v zipper, 1pt all round.

deadbrain   give you a clue .. we had a guy on here called  Tighfist  about a year ago  ..took the hiss out of me re backing  or laying  .. his nap was the nug in the racing post naps comp   eg the mug on say 18 losers was his nap
we all know the racing post naps boys could not pick there   nose 
anyhow i took the  tightfist on ... long story short ..not heard from him for 3  months .. seem he has drop out

differentdrum, I c0cked up the previous set of tables which might be the problem, the latest should be ok, at least they are in my window, depends as well which forum you are using and how many posts per page etc.

I'm on the new forum, in firefox, showing 40 posts per page, and the latest tables are on page 3 and look ok.

I have the forum open in a popup window, I have it a bit more than half the width of my 24" screen and it's fine - some of the lines wrap double to fit the full width of the table, it adjusts as I widen my window.

Do your tables adjust to fit width wise at all as you stretch or contract your browser window?

Missing ends of sentences/tables - condensing and then widening doesn't do anything to improve things.

Probably just going to have to put up with it - haven't noticed anything similar on other sites - as I am loathe to get rid of something which might cause problems elsewhere.

Hi CASanMartin (fellow team mate) I hope the pockets are swelling mate.Just noticed the draw and just to play the sporting rival I will be posting sometime Friday I have had a look tomorrow and struggled, then spent 20 minutes looking at the jumps racing on Sunday before checking on the rules. Saturday is a rare visit to me to the riverside to watch my local team Middlesbrough as my daughter is Mascot for the game (birthday present) and as she is also training Saturday morning I will not have the time for my four legged friends.
So you may be better off watching mine Friday before selecting yours. Good Luck anyway.
Even if I was against Salmon I would still give out the same info (pigs might fly)Cool
