Gone with Captain Cardington, EW, 2.10 Ling.
He ran in a better race over c/d lto, and altough he was beaten far enough, he did stick to the 'dead' rail up the straight and seemed to be going on at the finish, suggesting the trip wasn't a problem. That was a Class 4 and today's race is a C6 which he's able to get into having been dropped another 2lb. They're sticking the visor on, and I think he's worth another go at this trip against lesser opposition. |
