Jasmine is such a gentlewoman

Maybe Ons is not finnish on grass.
By:
Ons had lots of practice this week already and Jasmine not that much, so that probably plays into it a little bit. this is only a 500 afterall and top 8 players don't massively care about poorly run 500s
By:
Paolini is not really top 10 and her ranking after Wimbledon will be more accurate.
By:
Agut stikes !
By:
also, Ons really needs the points whereas Jasmine won Rome and is in strong form at most 1000s and Grand Slams, so a 500 is more like a practice for her

Toad what happened to Jordan T yesterday and also how did your man Taylor Fritz end up losing to Moutet????
By:
2023 Wimbledon runner up vs 2024 Wimbledon runner up has been a great clash, you enjoyed it wisey ? Nice to see Ons playing better than recently !
By:
Fritz was holding his right knee and looked like there was a slight lack of motivation/focus/energy. Big chunks done at 1.03/1.04 !
By:
Quite the tournament for Ons.
Q1: Wins after saving a match point. Q2: Loses, but gets in as a LL. Now in QF. |
By:
yes I enjoyed it because Jasmine was such a gentlewoman from start to finish!

Taylor's only motivation is to eliminate Sasha Zverev from tournaments. With the two being in separate tournaments this week, there was no reason to try all that hard.

I'm trying to work out how Aryna and Coco are going to be able to leave Berlin by the end of Friday. I doubt they want to hang around there all weekend
By:
I suppose there's always fake precautionary retirement if they really need to
By:
Berlin has some nice restaurants.
By:
yeah, but they could go to those yesterday night or tonight etc, there's no reason to hang around at this level of tournament when you've just been in a slam final and there's another big slam starting in 11 days or so
By:
the only way they can prove me wrong is for Aryna to play Coco in the final on Sunday
By:
By:
did they fix the organisational issues with the tournament do you know? it was terrible last year, not even deserving of a 500 licence
By:
and Toad, what about Jordan T???
By:
He tapped sadly wisey !
By:
any signs? must have been bad to lose a set to old new Rafa on grass and then to immediately reitre?
By:
Anyone going to any of the grass court tennis at all ?
By:
edy already attended Berlin yesterdy

I'm sad there wasn't Berlin or Bad Hamburg for Sabine to play during her peak.
She did well at Birmingham and Wimbledon of course, but it would have been nice to her to shine in her home country. |

muggy Alex M fave against Stef! I know he has beaten him before, but there must be some fitness issues for Stef.
By:
Stef is now coached by Goran. when I watched him the other day he looked quite shaky but he eventually won
By:
I read about back issues on X.
