Yeah, I have not heard of Sapfo identifying as a him and choosing he/him as pronouns.

Poor Ons, she is modern day Aga
By:
aah, there are more than one?

Ons Jobber

Yes, there is one Sakellaridi sister and at least two Sakellaridis brothers, think even three.

It's All Greek to me

even less of a phorum legend then, since most of those 10 posts are about a he.
By:
so really she's just a forum footnote

edy must be confusing us with some tennis hipster forum he's on.

is there a rule in Greece saying if one choose tennis as a profession, all siblings most follow suit?

Coco in the semis.

Vondrousova about to shock the world, hold on to your seats

Really enjoyed that match Coco and Ons

oh look Aga!
By:
hardly anyone in the stands for a World number 1 and slam holder, wouldn't happen at Wimbledon
By:
And yet people complain at Amelie for not putting the women in night time slots.
By:
how annoying is Iga constantly putting her hand up when her opponents are about to serve, you play to the servers speed, she thinks she's Nadal and can dictate the speed of the game
By:
If Iga was hot like Kournikova she'd sell out easily, but she's too unassuming and simple, WTA are crying out for another Sharapova
By:
I think it's all meant to be sold out. Feels like all the Parisians bought all the sessions to cover all possible Nadal slots and now that the one player they are interested in is out they can't be bothered to show up.
By:
it's like this every year, Iga doesn't put bums on seats unless it's a slam final
By:
the woman don't have it easy in that sense. Both Alcaraz and Sinner sell out stadiums with just their tennis despite having the personality of a lamp post, but Iga can't do that cause she would also need to be hot or have a Serena type aura.
By:
*women
By:
I think it's time to re-start that conversation will always had with Serena....how far down the ATP rankings list would you have to go before Iga could get a win against a male player
By:
men's tennis at slams does give you more bang for your buck because it's bo5 and more explosive though, I was even reading Svitolina the other day saying she doesn't even watch women's tennis, not the first female player to say that
By:
isn't that because she leeches off of Gael's subscriptions and he only has tennistv which only has ATP?
By:
don't understand why female players say that. It doesn't do women's tennis a lot of good.
Giorgi said that as well, but now we know she was too busy stealing Persian rugs to watch women's tennis. |
By:
she could watch wta if she wanted to anywhere
this is not good for wta though, it doesn't happen in atp where players are steamrolling players with double bagels as about to happen here, Iga has not got out of 2nd gear against a slam winner |
By:
bagel streak ends at 3.
20 games. |
By:
Giorgi is in court next month
By:
With the Rune TB streak broken last night, we now can focus on another TB streak still going on after Shapo lost hos 2nd TB in a row by 7-0.
Beta @sPETEcore Actually considering his third-to-last played tiebreak against Tiafoe, Shapovalov lost all of his last 16 tie break points. He has a 0-16 tie break points losing streak. |

Tumaini Carayol @tumcarayol
Coco Gauff has 7988 ranking points with four titles (1 slam, 1 1000, 1 500 and 1 250), two slam SFs, WTA Finals SF, 3 1000 SFs. That would have been enough for year end No 1 in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2021. This week she could still finish a distant No 3. Standards are different. Standards indeed different since the Big 3 has emerged. |
By:
and all 3 have the personality of a damp rag
By:
if ball bashing is increased standards then ok
By:
Sabalenka 10/10 personality. Just from the wrong country.

She's nice, but not charasmatic is she

Tennis Sweet Spot
@TennisSweetSpot « I would have loved a quarter-final at night and not at 11 am. It doesn’t make sense », Ons Jabeur. « I wish I could see the contract Prime signed », said Ons about getting no women’s match in the night session spot. « Start earlier », she also advises the tournament. always someone complaining about the schedule ![]() |

Poor Coco, Iga going to extend her 10-1 winning record against her
