I feel like Korda would rank high on Old Master list if original SMB was still around.

Feel like in the past you berated me when I suggested he's a bit of a choking mug.

doesn't sound like me. But maybe, I was a big believer in him being a future top player, but years later he still comes across as having a big game but can't help himself from doing all this mugging.

Learned from the commentators that the daughter of footballing legend Pavel Nedved is Sebastian Korda's partner.

Czechs picking Czech partners even when they're Americans.

silly scheduling to do all the WTA first and wait til the end of the day to schedule ATP matches on unroofed courts. For the women it's no issue to play 2 days in a row at a Slam, for the men it is, and now it looks like Felix, Hubi and Grigor have to.

José Morgado @josemorgado
Play is cancelled for the day on the outside courts at #RolandGarros.

Hurkacz-Shapovalov 6-3, 7-6(0), 2-1* 40-40

Dimitrov-Bergs, 6-3, *2-1

Auger Aliassime-Shelton, *5-4

That means rain would have interrupted play 1 hr later and not at 0-4.

Over 30 doubles matches tomorrow, including Tsitsidosa doubles.

Siniakova/Gauff sounds like a reasonably attractive pairing on paper, although both are probably better if they have a calm partner. Siniakova obviously is outright crazy, but Gauff has also shown in past doubles that a partner that has a word with her is a positive.

Moutet started his game with an underarm ace.

started this service game with that too and won that point as well. serve - return - winner.

haha, Moutet did a kamikaze run at Ofner's smash.
By:
SamuelMertensBertens

Ofner finally won a point against the underarm serve and did a big smile.

They should always put Moutet under roofed courts.

Arsenal had this in the early 90's when they were increasing capacity, huge murial at one end of the ground, huge controversy as well apparently as there were no black faces

Korda was playing his best tennis that 2nd set and still lost, notice Ferrero is always talking to Alcatrash when he gets the chance but Step says nothing almost.

the men's matches tomorrow all look seriously uninspiring, with only Novak/Musetti at least on paper looking good

Badosa/Sabalenka, Andreeva/Sterns, Andreescu/Paolini and Keys/Navarro all look like 3 set bankers

Journeyman's flag Mboko comes through a tough 3-setter against Maya Joint in the battle of hopeful North American youngsters. One match away from claiming the Sabine Lisicki Trophy.

I was wondering how he is not seeded, but then saw he was out with injury last summer and missed both Wimbledon and US Open. Guy is top 10 material imo.

Yes, he's been in ok form since around the middle east.

If he had been able to win an additional tiebreak here and there, then even his first two months of the season could have been passable.

From what I understand Gracheva can overtake Oceane's olympic spot if she does well here.
