Isn't Medvedev in his quarter though. I think you'd be better off just backing Tsitsipas to win all his matches to the final as chances are he will still be like 3.5-4 in a final, you will get a better price just backing him in matches before hand if you think he will make the final.

You lose the high end of the hypothetical scenario of both Nadal and Djokovic losing before the final, but that is highly unlikely to happen, I mean what's the chance of the finalist from the top half being neither of them? Can't imagine it's higher than 10%.
