George is close to winning anyway.

Well yeah he's second favourite in a 3 horse race so I guess you aren't lying

Will you still be backing him for the win if he gets the
'no matter what happens' line tomorrow?

You claim the insiders told us he was winning all the votes. He is the only runner that didn't need a producer heave up. But this is old ground, which you keep repeating.

Handled like a true politician Excited

You can't have it both ways, obviously. You claim he was winning all the votes, and that's why they were actively nobbling him. You can't then claim he isn't close to winning. Regardless of the current market.

He's close to winning a fair final. Which we know it won't be, hence he's got no fecking chance

I think they would have dumped him if they could. So at the very least, they couldn't guarantee he wasn't going to top the semi pv.

Lol funny, cos you never said that at the time Laugh
By:

When: 18 Dec 25 13:33
I imagine the only way they could have dumped him may have motivated his voters harder and could have pushed him top again.
Or maybe they actually want him in the final as he's popular and touring, but are comfortable they can get him beat.
For some reason you seem incapable of accepting that theory. I imagine you'll change your stance on that Sunday morning.

I made it very clear what I thought. I was really surprised the market made him fav before the semi.
By:

When: 18 Dec 25 13:35
Why was you surprised. It backed your theory that he had topped the week before. Which I'm happy to accept. Samba was a lame week for Kaz
By:
Cider
When: 18 Dec 25 13:35
What theory? They were absolutely desperate on Saturday. Desperate enough to know they are very worried about getting the wrong result. But chose not to try and dump him.

You said straight after the quarter final all the signs were there that George topped the vote. And now all the same signs are there that Kaz topped the semi, with ease.

If there is an insider they are useless at betting. What they do or don't do doesn't concern me.

If you cast your mind back to all the times everyone has been favourite this series, it's highly likely these have been backed by insiders. George's long stint as favorite for about 6 weeks despite performing bang average dances, and not a single stand out was the biggest give away, plus zero producer help.

Someone pushed Bal into the 20s. Hopefully you are not taking your lead off them.
By:

Eh? I didn't place a penny on Bal

George drifting, Kaz shortening. I guess the showdance training is out there somewhere
By:
Cider
When: 18 Dec 25 13:46
You have blind faith in the market yet it saw fit to push a no hoper into the 20s. Markets are invariably wrong, that's why we win. the only exception is IAC until this year.
By:
Bobbasauras
When: 18 Dec 25 13:48
Just traders covering their arses on the 4th remaining runner. You no doubt started backing around that price.
By:
Cider
When: 18 Dec 25 13:48
Now someone who saw the pv in the 1/4 might have backed her. So they are clueless in regard to any context that the pv takes place in.

Have a look at all the bots that pop up all over the strictly FB posts saying George to win lol
By:

The obvious insider trading on Spoty tonight bodes extremely well for the heavy odds on favorite in Strictly Love

I'm sure Cider will be along shortly to tell us Kaz dropped from 2.8 to 1.5 in 24 hours due to getting a few more thousand votes in a Twitter poll lol

She's dropped in the odds, because most people thought the semi final could be another deflating week for her. In reality it turned out to be an excellent week for her.
By:

When: 19 Dec 25 10:28
She's continuing to drop today, as the market starts to realize it's insiders playing it the whole time (as I said)

The worrying thing for George backers is the gap between the odds is the widest it's been in the business end. Says to me last weekend was a comfortable lead for Kaz

We'll see on Saturday. Tempted to watch it without the market up, so I won't know whose won before it's announced (assuming you are right)
