I hardly watch any sport nowadays outside of horse racing. Certainly not any football. Hasn't prevented me from having a great position in this market!
Doesn't make too much sense to me, if she was the game changer in the previous 2 games, that she was benched for the final. It seems to me she would not be in the market but for the glory of scoring with the final kick. Of course the market as the right shape if she is 90% chance of being nominated, from what I have read, that's too high. What price would you make her if she had scored the second penalty instead of the fifth? |

It's not pointless at all, because you are arguing that 'she's done far more than just score a penalty' It's not even 'just' scoring the penalty. I'm asking what price you would make her if it had not been the last kick of the match. As she didn't create that scenario, it was just luck/fate. Because, at least in theory, professionals in a committee should be assessing the substance, rather than just the emotion of it. |

Anyhoo what I am stating is that the market for me is not pricing in that it's not a fait accompli. I'd still make Kelly most likely as she did get the opportunity to take the penalty that got England over the line.
