i can't make any sense of broad's price, does anyone intelligent have an answer ? thats anyone but brushy

he hit a 6, took a wicket and got 600 wickets or summit, how on earth can he be this price ?

he should not even make the shortlist for that pathetic year in sport, if they list him its another potential giggs feck up

I guess it's the giggs feck up that worries folk.

But Jimmy Anderson keeps setting records, so why
nominate broad other than that he's retired.

The new small panel was designed specifically to remove candidates like broad and dettori. The larger panel of journalists and media chummies nominated both Giggs and Mccoy

I was just slighty worried broad might get in due to the lack of success this year, but then i think people like hewitt, bellingham and farrell are more likely

Probably another female too, with kjt and earps. Gadarova maybe.

Quite possible earps could be 1.05 when the noms come out

I suppose its the price that dictates the worry, he should be 1000 coz for me its impossible he gets nominated.

Can you realistically see him on the night in a VT, he broke a record, hit a 6 and took a wicket..c'mon its not even a minutes worth, they'd have to mention retirement and probably go back through his career which has nothing to do with this year's award.

Earps should be long odds for me barring a cricket miracle

Erling Haaland/Nationality
Norwegian
By:

When: 22 Oct 23 16:55
Does Haaland have British citizenship?
(More specifically, at the time of his birth in Leeds, the fact that his father was a Norwegian citizen living and working in UK was enough for Erling to claim birthright citizenship in the UK. Whether he ever did the paperwork is unknown to me.)

He doesn't have to be british to be nommed. But it's not gonna happen

City might win team award i guess, they're not gonna give it to the lasses 2 years running

Earps farrell kjt kerr + 2

Gadarova hewitt bellingham broad.

They'll probably just design it so only earps can win.  Gadarova and hewitt then

Haaland has performed in uk so is eligible.

Better qualified than frankie dettori.

Might not get nommed because he might win.

England's Mary Earps secured fifth place in the 2023 Ballon d'Or Feminin rankings, a highest ever finish for a goalkeeper.

That angle looks bad, looks like a choice to raise his leg so high

But tbf i think it should be left up to unbiased people who watch lots of hockey to decide if it's criminal or pure accident

2 more games for lionesses to qualify for europa League thing.

Need to beat Holland and Scotland.

Belguim could still beat them in group
If they defeat same opponents.

Achievement?  Bellingham definitely will be on the nom radar at least.
By:

I think having those important (for England ladies) games early december
simply cement her at head of market.

Even if she chucks a couple into her own net her
supporters will just vote.

Bellingham going to be a runner any year he stays fit for
next decade or so.

Earps easily surpasses broad, but bellingham eats directly into her audience and also brings the football is for men brigade on board
