male singer with the hat, interesting, will see more of him. Reminds me a bit of Calum Scott, who was also on bgt.

Most impressed with Ellie and Jeki, that's nice magic. And they are a real couple. But doubt enough to get the votes. Knife thrower, amazing, but I think likely all a trick. Anyone else thought at first, maybe he did throw that knife. I dunno..

Afew at front of market drifting not before time, think they have saved a bit of quality for tonight. Ladbrokes adding them in running to a fashion.

I reckon Lost Voice Guy is a bit of a fraud. Makes no difference to his result and nobody else will think so.

I don't know about him either Henners don't think he appeared in what was a fairly lengthy montage in tonights show, will have to check. Don't see what more he can do anyway.

His "vocal disability" and "motor disability" don't add up for me. (They will know, one way or the other). I'm sure he'll make the semis though.

Wow I wonder if this shy popera act is staged or not. More chance with BGT than ESC anyway.

Perhaps somewhat unexpectedly, tonight`s thrown up a few interesting runners, should stir the market up a bit.

Yes not sure they tried that much up against Eurovision Tim they saved a few good ones for tonight for sure. Have requested them to be added.

Yeah, good point, re ESC.

Not sure if this was rhetorical, but the whole `who do you live with?`episode, and Cowell interrupting what had been a perfectly good offering leaves the betting as

Staged? 1.01
Real? 17.0

Now I've seen it properly, yes deffo staged. The first time, wasn't watching it properly, thought he forgot a couple of lines. Seems not.

No contenders for me this week,  the show was better than the last few weeks without  any stand out runners.

Looks the most wide open offering of BGT so far.  Could pick 10 acts and not have the winner such is the lack of a stand out act.  Dominated by sob stories like no other show.  The act that personally does my head in is the unfortunate "comedian" who cannot speak and stands there like he would waiting for a bus whilst someone tells jokes on a tape recording.

And do I want to hear yet another rendition of Nessun Dorma.  NO NO NO, not that bloody song again.

1st time poster over here but have spoken with H over on Sofabet before, For Simon to say Father Ray Kelly was one of his favourite auditions ever leads us to believe that the show are likely to give the man a place in the finals, he has a large voting demographic from Ireland and the Catholic Church, ( I believe the ROI have been able to vote in previous contests) his hallelujah video has over 60 million hits and if he gets the chance to sing it again in the finals the price available at the moment could well be a steal.

Just something to be wary of, looking behind the mirage and editing you sense Cowell has been tasked by the prods to pump some enthusiasm into the reactions (as they will know it's a poor year). The reaction to FRK was really weird, with nothing at all from the audience after it was obviously finished until SC stood up and started clapping on his own, and then of course the sheep followed. Either it was completely **** or the audience thought it was pony!

Hi, BETED, welcome! Any friend of Henry`s...

As an Irish Catholic, and with `Hallelujah` being one of my favourite songs, that vt really gets me going, and have shown it to many people over the years. Gotta say, though, I was most disappointed with his audition, really felt flat compared to the wedding vt; perfectly well performed, but hardly multi-vote inducing. Even if he sings Hallelujah at some point, not sure it`ll have anything like the same resonance as the vt. Singers have a poor record in this, (Potts, Collabro and Jai, but they all had more distinctive acts/styles than Father Kelly), and I`m seeing a massive wedding-vt-inspired Irish vote as his only hope. As such, and as much as I`d love him to win, I took him red weeks ago, but hope he does well enough to force me into taking him green again!
