Thanks for all the links Figgy. Does anybody know if filming will be allowed for 2nd rehearsals? These little edited clips (presumably by the organisers) are good to see but not as good as last year when we could see the whole song.

I believe filming restrictions are lifted for the 2nd rehearsals Henry. So we will have full videos from a number of sources, I hope

I might have to deposit some more cash for the 1st time in ages.
I'm running out of money laying Ukraine in every market possible.
It's the only thing I'm confident about this year

I'm sure it will pay off in the end but i just wonder what will happen to the price should they recover things somewhat with the staging - i suspect they will, one way or another. So I guess I'm saying the price may come in again which would be good if you want to lay more CoolCool

It could get shorter but in the interview they said the giant is staying. I just don't see how they can improve it much. As Daniel said on sofabet, the 1st rehearsals are more revealing this year.
They're basically more or less how they will look on the night.
They would often just be in jeans and t-shirts for 1st rehearsals in previous years and not give a hug amount away in terms of staging.
This year we're getting it all. Costumes, pyros, etc
I think it's more likely to drift further.

Quick question - dont the big 6 vote in the semi finals like previous years now? If so can some one tell me how they are split across the semis?

Fair point about the 1st rehearsals

I can see twitter loving the insanity of Montenegro and it getting a very decent public vote from the UK

Semi 1 is much more heavily bised diasporo wise than semi 2. If Denmark can win semi one from that draw I'd be very impressed and it would most likely be a shoe -in for the overall

I managed to get 800 matched laying Ukraine at 7.4 on Monday, taking it red. I haven’t looked since, until now, but it looks like the backers have gone away.

There’s always the possibility that they listen to the negative feedback and make the act better for next week. I think the plinth could be worse than the giant. They should have just concentrated on her, close ups, and with the backing singers backstage 10 meters.

What price Denmark with a late draw? Money suggests they're going to get it?

Very little money for anything. It's a very thin market this year.

Loved Malta from today plus Finland & Bulgaria are fun in their own ways.

Decided to lay San Marino for qualification. Early draw and the staging is nothing special. It will soon be forgotten by everything other than the fanboys

I was thinking the same thing. The guy on the camera wasn't particularly interested in the mask but distracted by other things

Not doing the odds for any firms this year so had chance to punt a little...got two bets on this year...main bet ITALY top 10 finish at 4/6 , IMHO the 4/7 STILL available remains cracking value , I price it about 2/7 , also had a small wager on Romania to qualify at 6/4 , cracking draw, stands out in the crowd
