why would a macoy vote on the night show up on current polls
its two different sets of voters murray romps home in a one off vote by fair minded viewers, which is what the polls pick up what can macoys campaign do to over turn that that is the question ! |

There is no McCoy campaign. Save your pennies... As those will be saving them at the weekend assuming Murray is already home and hosed!
I anticipate a low turn-out in the vote - there are no real campaigns and no real incentive for multi-voting this year. It may not take that much to win it, but the current price for Murray is still wrong given his history in SPOTY. And apathy / complacency, especially with his absence on Sunday, could still kill it for him. |
|
By:
When a Simon Fuller-inspired BBC campaign is launched on Sunday night by putting Andy Murray on first, with a 15 to 20 minute interview by a fawning Sue Barker, Andy Murray will be very present and very much win.

there may be better value on the night(I hope there is after xfactor is settled) But Murray is still winning, there is feck all to stop him.
so taking low odds months ago is dubious, backing at 1.07 or better with days to go is fine with me. |
|
By:
...it's still worth waiting for the Murray-McCoy flip-flop on the night Mach

|
By:
I went to back him last night @1.07 (was drunk
) was offered £83, to win £5 lol, glad I dint take it, I will look again on the night of the awards. |
|
By:
You won't get much higher than 1.07 on the night. I'll be surprised if Murray goes higher than 1.10.

The reinvestment of winnings theory, I like it. Short price Murray backers should be very worried.
