yep, well worth the newsprint.
Jen seems to be all over everything banking on about losing weight and her diet and fitness DVD. Think they can overdo these things and bore the pants off everyone, like that Chubs from Steps. |

Fitness guru Rosemary Conley has revealed that she was rejected three times from Dancing on Ice.
Conley said that she is a massive fan of the ITV1 reality series and claimed that she has been trying to get a slot on the show for five years. "I've wanted to do Dancing on Ice for five years. I've auditioned three times and never got in," she said. "So to get the phonecall this year was a dream come true." Conley added: "I'm hoping some older women may be inspired to take this up as a sport because skating really is beautiful." The 64-year-old will perform on the ice for the first time on live TV with pro partner Mark Hanretty this weekend. |

Corey wants to do a Jacko tribute on the show and moonwalk.
Feldman claimed that his connection and friendship with the Jackson family would help him secure the rights to 'Billie Jean' for backing music. The Hollywood actor revealed that his other ambitions on the show were to skate to a Pink Floyd track and to perform to an original composition that he is working on with Limp Bizkit star Fred Durst. Feldman, whose only skating experience came in a televised MTV game of celebrity ice hockey, will make his debut on the ice with pro partner Brooke Castile this weekend. |

The person from DS received the names in an email from the official site. I noticed you can sign up for the latest news.
So either the Sun is wrong, or they've switched Jorgie and Jen for some reason. |

Where do you think BF gets its info from?

when did these lists come out?
Could the change have been made after dress rehearsals y'day? |
|
By:
I think I'm signed up for emails. I've had about two so far - announcing the line up and something else, but nothing about who is skating this weekend.
|

Anything on the free runner? Should be some crossover, balance, strength (jumps etc), fearlessness. Just about young enough. Looks ripped as well with French accent to appeal to middle aged ladies (and GB1).

I have availed myself some of the 15/2 top man anyway, seems reasonable to me with the physical advantages he has vs the other chaps. |

Corey from The Mirror (has a way with words
)Hollywood star Corey Feldman is worried about lifting his Dancing On Ice partner because of her “muscly legs” and “bubble butt”. The Stand By Me and Lost Boys actor said he had to bulk up to handle former US champion skater Brooke Castile. Corey, 40, who takes to the ice on next week’s show, said: “I’m scared of lifting my partner. She’s got these giant, muscly legs and a hard bubble butt. Not in a bad butt way. I think each cheek weighs about 20lbs. That’s a lot of work.” Advertisement >> Corey, just 5ft 5in tall, has had to gain more than half a stone just so he can carry Brooke. He said he and Brooke, 25, didn’t gel straight away, and he blames it on her relationship with her boyfriend, US ice dancer Kevin O’Keefe. “She came in with this very rigid attitude,” he said. “I think her words were ‘I’m going to be a ball-buster’. "Once we started having a bit of fun on the ice it all started coming together. But she has no interest in hanging out with me. I think she’s nervous about crossing boundaries.” Corey, who split with wife Susie two years ago, admits he is looking for romance. “I’m single and I’m very excited about meeting English women,” he said. “I have the most beautiful women on the show with me so I feel like a very lucky man.” |

OT - anyone see the ITV programme called something like The Story of The Talent Show last night?
SCowell and Will Young stuff quite something (for anyone who thought SCowell doesn't care who wins) |
|
By:
I have taped it but DM carried story this week re cowell still being unable to watch the gates v young final. Ironic cowell saying someone else is arrogant/unpleasant or whatever. Clearly not used to someone standing up to him and still p1ssed off about gates not winning. Wonder if he still refuses to watch the ronan v jai final?
![]() |
|
By:
Yeah, that was in the show.
Horrible arrogant kooont, needs to grow up and get some perspective - I can hardly bear to watch it because my Mother didn't have long left to live at the time and it was pretty much the last family evening in front of the box we had. |

That's sad. For me it was watching the nadal v federer Wimbledon final a few years back. Watched it with my mam in hospital. She cheered on Nadal cos I had backed him even though she liked Federer better. Said goodbye and she was dead the next morning. Was with her when she died but she never regained consciousness. Looking on the bright side Nadal won

I never saw the Cowell thingy, but it's amazing that he can still be peeved about Will Young winning.
I didn't watch then, but from what I've seen of him since he's one of the most talented and likeable people to ever win one of these shows. |
