yeh just read on the other forum cheers, the Chinese love a punt,
so he,s basically thrown a few matches good news for BBC that's he,s not averse to chucking half a dozen frames Williams way  , they,ll be hoping he,s backed himself for a 18 v 17, 18 v 16 win |

Might be unlikely but willo wins todays session 5-3 and it's still game on I'd say. Think he has to play better than yesterday anyway but might have too much to do. Quick start from zhao and that would be that.

Why was Zhao Xintong banned from snooker?
Zhao's blossoming career was cut short in January 2023 when he was suspended in connection with a high-profile match-fixing investigation. The WPBSA found him guilty of match manipulation and betting between 2019 and 2022, but exonerated him of actively fixing his own matches. The prominent issue wrapped snooker, when ten Chinese players were accused with various levels of match-fixing, and Liang Wenbo and Li Hang were eventually banned from the sport for life. The WPBSA disciplinary committee that conducted the hearing described former world No. 11 Liang's attitude as "particularly disgraceful". The two highest-profile figures involved in the scandal were 2021 Masters winner Yan Bingtao, who is presently serving a five-year ban until December 2027. And Zhao, who was ranked ninth in the world when his suspension began, having added the 2022 German Masters title to his stunning UK Championship victory. Zhao, who did not personally toss a match, acknowledged allegations of assisting another player in rigging two matches and betting on matches himself, for which he received a 20-month sentence - reduced from the initial 30. he didn't fix his own matches he knew about other fixed matches & bet on them |

hope so cant stand 7 hrs of Steve Davis boring the Arris off people as much as he did whilst playing,same as the other muppet Dennis Taylor commentates as though he was playing,thought about 70 potted balls were impossible to pot yesterday

Zhao has played/playing this match just like his other rounds here - never been bothered by the opponent, and known he can ease clear over time...he had closer matches in qualifying though oddly!

after a dozen break offs and leaving the same red on every time with hand on the table you can only assume,williams is leaving it on purpose,no one can be either that bad or that unlucky, wonder if Williams asked the lad where he,d like it left, Williams safety has been below the level of the under 12,s in a club on a sat morning before the drunks fall in
