I kind of a liked Yes sir I can Boogie by Baccara, as I did their lesser known hit, Sorry I'm a Lady which sounded just the same.
Likewise Kelly Marie's Feels like I'm in love and her follow up, Loving just for fun.

Meaner, yes I was a late 70s early 80s Mod but was more into 60s stuff. I did really
like that song because it was so powerfull. Hoped by posting somebody would
recognise our scooter club from back then.

pumphol - are you sure you liked all these tracks at the time or are you just looking back with your rose-tinted sentimental spectacles on? You must have been the teenager with the worst taste in music in East London.

Bet you even liked Gaye by Clifford T Ward.

that hurt thomas-i can connect most of these songs to different girls from around 1975 onwards
its when i here a song and think ,who was i seeing when i liked that one & i cant remember, thats annoying
the thing is thomas you might not like many of the tunes ,but you know all of them (thats worrying surely ) :D

only joshing m8 - was a bit young for lovey-dovey stuff at that time so most of them don't mean too much to me from a romantic memory point of view. Didn't like most of them at that time but not so bad to hear them from time to time nowadays.

only looking to get the first two at B'ton beat at the moment. Has been the best flat course so far this season for getting the short ones beat so imagine it is all ikely to go horribly wrong today.
By:

its funny ,that whenever a short un (odds on ) gets beat the first thing that crosses my mind is has thomas laid it .

When: 12 Jul 05 10:31
no need to think - I will have! NH has been diff class over the years, however. This season's flat has been desperate. Traditionally laying odds-on maidens has been a good earner but not so this year - yet.
