Elliot just failed to score by a couple of inches. Northampton looking quite good on a poor pitch though.
By:
Awful pass from Myler costs Northampton their second fairly easy chance. It's coming though.....
By:
Sky pics seem more delayed than usual from Castres
By:
yep - someones sniping for sure
By:
how many scrum pens before Owens is under the sticks?
By:
and then the free kick the other way
two nights ago we were under the sticks on the first pen |
By:
I think this game sums up why Northampton have not scored many tries this season.
By:
Nigel dying to give the crowd a yellow ....
By:
Waldouck scores a try without crossing the white line.
6-10 |
By:
Maitland falls over when a try was nearly certain.
Still 6-10 |
By:
This looks a tough ask now for Ulst with conditions in favour of home team second 40. Castres are giving it a go also from all areas though that might be a bit headless
By:
Castres 10/11 looks very decent value
By:
Jackson off for Glasgow, Clark off for Northampton, neither coming back. Injuries and Glasgow go hand in hand for sure.
By:
Really impressive to only be 16pts at half time here
By:
Ulster prop looks to be illegal every scrum
takes the initial bind but then rebinds to Castres prop's arm dont think the French prop will let that go for the rest of the game |
By:
new prop for Castres is a good move
By:
Castres prop no speeky Emglish ?
perhaps that's why they were compaining towards the end of the 1st half sewter |
By:
Terrible game
By:
Still 6-10 in Glasgow
Whats the score in France? |
By:
Nope, 11-10 ktc
Strauss bundles through. |
By:
8-6 RM. French with big wind in their favour. Ulster keep knocking on
By:
13-10
Northampton heading out of all comps. |
By:
isnt it a right pain when a sky commentator says he wants a team to win, and then cant talk about the game without this bias being glaringly obvious.......thanks
Dewi for the **** comments |

I think this weekend is a good indicator for who Lancaster will be picking at 15 this spring. Mike Brown was fantastic, Ben Foden has looked a bit lost since he has returned. To be fair to Foden he plays in a much thicker team, but he's not even doing the basics right.
Lawes and McArthur hobble off now. |
By:
somebody is so ahead in France it is laughable. Market is telling me about 2 secs in advance of each knock-on or turnover
By:
Northampton getting worse here. Could have been 10pts down if Matawalu hadn't gone Hollywood, but the Fijian 9 is having a great game.
By:
utter shitfest this in castre..apart from the wind great conditions...both a appalling cant even string 2 pases together!
By:
Northampton finally get over the line
13-15 |
By:
Matawalu is about 5ft 6" and just won the best restart I have seen.
By:
anyone know what the extent of the injuries to the glasgow pair jackson & kellock were? (i'm assuming they were injured not replaced)
By:
owens you are a joke
By:
Jackson took a mighty whack, but I doubt its too bad. Lawes looked in a bit of trouble with a neck injury, Clark bashed him arm and that could be anything. MacArthur didn't look too bad.
Didn't even see Kellock go off. |
By:
hang on kellock still on, sporting life giving me dodgy info
By:
that explains that then
![]() |
By:
ok ERC wants ulster at home
By:
scott wight is such a dodgy kicker, horne should have taken that
By:
How on earth did Owens not give an offside against Ulster there? All looked well offside out wide.
By:
these fukkas in castres could play another 80mins and not score a try
By:
andreu did bloody well there
By:
how on earth did that happen
