Who else would immediately accept the word of Hamas (terrorists) and the organisations under its boot, without questioning it ? I'm struggling to see who would do that, outside of those conditioned to hate Jews and Israel.
That's no accident is it, though bombing their own people might have been. It's was pretty obvious to any neutral person that this was highly unlikely to be IDF, however I waited to pass any judgement until some reliable information surfaced. |

I'm am a default cynic. I don't ordinarily participate in 'war' debates as more often than not, normal people have no idea what is actually going on.
It seemed to me however, in this example, the chances of IDF deliberately targeting a hospital were vanishingly small. In any case, reporting seems to suggest that the rocket hit the car park, the hospital itself thankfully did not take a direct hit. |

500 people easily fit into the penalty box of a football pitch. Why would they? 5000 people were there after Israel told Palestinians to leave North Gaza. Then the Israelis sent a stray missile into the compound. 4000 fled, those left were the lame and vulnerable.

Watching the Beeb video of the event and whatever caused the hospital explosion it wasn't anything remotely connected with a bomb strike. Whatever it was rises from the ground, seems to malfunction, veers off and explodes.... still at some altitude. Allowing for a delay in falling debris a further explosion occurs at the hospital. An explosion which is definitely un-bomb like.

It goes without saying, but none of us can do anything about it. Religion has been at the centre of conflict throughout modern human history, and there is no indication that will change in the short to medium term. Israel has been provoked into taking action, none of us also know how that will unfold.
