Seems Manners was executed over drugs (source Irish examiner).
Loyalist mouthpiece Bryson turning on Doug Beattie(UUP), 'twitter, well beattiedoug, what say you now about your precious Belfast agreement?' There you have all the proof you want concerning the dups stance re the GFA,your total bollix with 'St Andrews Agreement',it is hard to admit that isn't it? No wonder you were trying to lump all the unionists together. |

I wonder if lfc realises that Betfair/Flutter is an Irish company
Flutter opens global headquarters in Dublin following an investment of more than €15.5m https://www.flutter.com/news-and-insights/press-release/flutter-opens-global-headquarters-in-dublin-following-an-investment-of-more-than-15-5m/ . |

Flutter Entertainment is a holding company.
|
|
By:
so - fcking - what?
|
|
By:
That is exactly what I thought of your previous post.

An amazing last few posts.
Dave points out the Irish hating Lfc is on an Irish platform and company. Akabula disagrees and tries to argue Flutter is just 'a holding' company and infering it has nothing to do with PP/Ireland. Dave corrects him. Akabula despite answering Dave now says it was a so fckin what post. Lfc giggles away |

SinnFein/IRA trigger petition on Daithis Law ( on opt out organ donation )
to try to force DUP back into Stormont However Donaldson has said his party will not be ‘ blackmailed ‘ into returning to Stormont and instead will be tabling a bill in Westminster to allow Secretary of State Chris Heaton - Harris to implement the necessary legislation Donaldson said ‘ it is disgraceful that the issue of organ donation is being used as blackmail for the return of devolution We will not be electing a speaker on Tuesday . Westminster is sovereign and resolve the issue quickly ‘ It will be interesting to see if SinnFein take their seats in the commons to help pass this law .. But probably just more hypocrisy from the nationalists and republicans .. |

Akabula's understanding of how companies work and their accounts is somewhat wayward.
He thinks because Sevco have £100 million in debts from creditors that they are cash rich ! LFC will be off playing bingo with the other residents soon ! |

Peter Jackson currently has two jobs, as Group CEO at Flutter Entertainment and CEO at Paddy Power Betfair. In November 2022, FanDuel, one of Flutter's brands, had a 42% share of the US online sports betting market and a 18% share of the US iGaming market

the flag wavers are out .. anyone who lived through the IRAs bombing campaign
will recall that flag ![]() |

He thinks £500,000= half a billion, heart to God!
Daithi and others being left down on health issues due to a non functioning executive,Jeff wanted brexit and got it and hasn't stopped complaining since. |
|
By:
Just like the £600 energy payments Daithi’s Law will be put in place
without the help of Sinn Fein /IRA Well done . |
|
By:
^ Daithi's Law will take many months if going through Westminster, you conveniently neglect that fact, why?
|
|
By:
Why did Jeff also neglect it? and give false information?
|
|
By:
You made the same claim about the £600 - and were wrong again
Just like the energy payments Daithi’s Law will be put in place and probably within the timescale originally envisaged |
|
By:
Those heat payments were only granted a couple of weeks ago putting many people through hardship in the worst of the winters months
|
|
By:
If Daithis law goes along the same lines as the heating payment people will die.
|
|
By:
People in NI have received the 600 more quickly than England
And we are still in mid winter - with possibly the worst to come It’s been very mild so far |
|
By:
Daithi’s law can go through the commons just as quickly - possibly more so
Than Stormont … of course it remains to be seen if Sinn Fein are there If not never mind it will be no loss |
|
By:
Disgraceful of course if they don’t show up
But they’re like that - hypocrites |
|
By:
^ Disingenious, they got a lump sum due to the long delay whereas the UK payments are staggered.
Why are you trumpeting the dup when they clearly aren't telling the truth in that this law can be done quickly? Isn't it an affront to devolution in any case? No need for Stromont if the dup want to pass laws through Westminster, can't you see that? Big changes needed. |
|
By:
Seem to recall you thought they wouldn’t get the energy payments in NI
because Stormont was closed lapsy.. wrong again, keep trying .. |
|
By:
Anyway let’s see if SinnFein /IRA show up
That’s if they are genuine about being concerned .. let’s see |
|
By:
Read, 'Eileen Fagan, why Daithi's law on organ donation in NI has not been enacted'
She is a legal analyst and says why it may take a lot more tim |
|
By:
It will take the correct amount of time …now let’s see if Sinn Fein IRA are there
|
|
By:
I never said they won't get it but they aren't getting it,you have to make things up now.Is it they fact that i mentioned Stormont isn't needed? you made that your argument btw.
Payments started officially on the 16th of January ie winter almost over. |
|
By:
Why are the dup attending Westminster? They are boycotting Stormont on a supposed matter of principle, yet it isn't NI that gave them the protocol but Westminster.
Are they just hungry hoars? |
|
By:
That’s my recollection laosy ., mid jan is mid winter . .. and NI have received the full payment
more quickly than England .. you were wrong in that , again |
|
By:
Westminster is the sovereign parliament .. now if there are anti British elements
in NI that in itself is a problem .. so let’s see if they are concerned .. enough about this law , and turn up Of course they may just be hypocrites . Let’s see .. |
|
By:
Sinn Fein are outside their boycotted 'parliament' every morning.
So you don't care how long Daithi's law takes, you don't care if Stormont isn't 'needed' (ha)? and the beauty of it it all you came along with your initial post this morning trying to extol the dups stance as some kinda big moral thing. |
|
By:
I do care .. although I’m not sure it is a good law
But that’s another matter Now Sinn Fein know Stormont is closed so there’s no point turning up there now is there ? Westminster is open .. and if they are concerned about this law they will be there .. or of course it’s more likely they are hypocrites , imho .. let’s see |
|
By:
Hypocrites? The dup are boycotting Stormont and getting a fat paycheck for not boycotting where their grievance came from,ie Westinster.
Can you answer that one? Stormont had nothing to do with the Protocol. |
|
By:
And I wasn’t extolling the dups stance as a big moral thing
It’s just a practical solution to the usual attempt at blackmail and the hypocrisy of Sinn Fein .. now let’s see if they turn up and facilitate this law Which they claim to be concerned about .. |
|
By:
It it is blatant the dup don't care, the law is ready in Stormont and months away in Westminster.
I hope i have simplified it enough for you. |
|
By:
Goodbye now.
|
|
By:
Nope the law can be sent through the commons as quickly - perhaps moreso than Stormont
In any case that’s where it will be .and if Sinn Fein , as they claim , are concerned that it is implemented .. then they will be there .. or perhaps they aren’t concerned and are just hypocrites .. let’s see which it is |
|
By:
Heaton-Harris and that political analyst Mrs Fagan are saying it could take many months.
|
|
By:
Whether it is a good law I’m not so sure
|
