Yes casemoney.
They say the first casualty of war is truth. |

Well yes, a lot of soldiers do have their own homes where they eat the occasional meal and occasionally use their own energy. Members of the Royal Air Force don't all sleep and eat all their meals in their fighter jets.
I don't know if the following is true for Russia, but soldiers generally also receive more money if they are away from home. |

Who is telling you the Ukrainians control the power plant, casemoney? Provided you are talking about Zaporizhzhia? By everything I know, it is Russia that has territorial control of that plant, albeit it still operated by Ukrainian staff (not soldiers).
|
|
By:
Sorry, I think I misunderstood you there.
Russia likes to play mind games. I don't think they intent to actually blow it up, but like when they openly wonder if they shouldn't send some nuclear bombs raining onto London, they like to put up the threat of something going wrong with the plant. If their stooges believe it's due to Ukrainian action, all the better for them. |
|
By:
Russia of course wants to control it so they can put up the threat to literally freeze Ukrainian civil population to death by cutting power. Or to indeed implement that plan.

"Greek public opinion has a Russophile dimension, friendly feelings linked to history, a common culture based on Orthodoxy and for some, mistrust towards the West," notes Nikos Marantzidis, professor of Balkan, Slavic and Oriental Studies at the University of Macedonia.
A post-invasion poll in February showed 20 percent of Greeks are "closer" to Russia while 45 percent support Ukraine. Just eight percent said they would boycott Russian products, and two percent said they would avoid contact with Russians. Seventy-five percent of respondents condemned Russian President Vladimir Putin's stance, but over 60 percent were also critical of Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky, the Kappa Research poll showed. Putin 'a great leader' "There is a minority, not an insignificant one, that continues to view Putin positively," Marantzidis said. "Whatever happens, a hard core of (about 10-15 percent of the electorate) will continue to see him as a great leader," he told AFP. Greeks have fought alongside Russia since the 18th century, with the fellow Orthodox state historically seen as a protector and powerful counterweight to regional rival Turkey. In 1827, Russia joined Britain and France in the decisive naval battle of Navarino that effectively decided Greece's independence from the Ottoman Empire. Marantzidis also notes residual anti-Western feelings in Greece over a near-decade of austerity cuts imposed by Germany and other EU states in return for debt rescue bailouts |

President Vladimir #Putin: The obsolete unipolar model is being replaced by a new world order based on the fundamental principles of justice and equality, as well as the recognition of the right of each state and people to their own sovereign path of development.

So when English Kings sent armies into other countries that is ok but when Putin does it then it is not?
Just saying double standards! Is Russia not allowed to have an Organised Crime Group to Head their country like us? |

Just pointing out that our Royal Family is possibly the biggest and most successful Organised Crime Group the World has ever seen and many here don’t seem to equate what Putin is doing for a Greater Russia. I mean Greater Russia is a great term for what all Organised Crime Groups do....kill to get money, property and land, just so happens we have been the best st it over the last 1,000 years and some don’t seem to like it much when others try and playing ketchup!

SHUT UP WHISPERS!
You are offending me in various ways, firstly I well remember you wanting Blighty to send NOTHING to Ukraine in way if military and financial aid, if that mindset had won among western democracies Ukraine would have been overrun months ago and evil Putin would be riding high on the hog. Queen Elizabeth's reign started after the policy of decolonization was under way, stop blaming Liz GLORY TO UKRAINE! |

I will not shut up Cardinal,
Too many questions to ask! With regard to Liz, I have not said anything derogatory about her. I am not blaming Liz for the position she found herself in...Leader of the largest Organised Crime Group in the Country. One of her “ soldiers “ a policeman shot and executed an unarmed rival Gang Member earlier in the week! How do you get to be a Lord Lieutenant Cardinal? Why do so many members of The Eton Rifles become Prime Minister? The protocol for the Ascension Council is fascinating Cardinal but in truth the biggest thug and gangster ruled through fear! More questions on Ukraine as this is the thread. Questions not solutions. |

Why glory to Ukraine?
They have a strong connection to Nazi’s not that I am an advocate of Putin. I see the strategic importance of Ukraine geographically and food wise. Forgetting strategy for a minute my initial concern was why was our Prime Minister giving OUR Tax Payer money to Ukraine? Would the £54 million stop the Russian Bear or would it MAYBE save the Prime Ministers Doris Johnson? We have huge problems in our society without the need to send tens of £ millions to Ukraine which will prolong the war and result in perhaps 1,000’s more pointless deaths. What about us? |
|
By:
Sticking in the subject of us
Why is electricity so expensive? Why is it pegged to fossil fuel if it is “ virtually “ free? Why is Amrika at war with Iran, Iraq, Venezuela, Libya and now Russia? Could it have anything g to do with the price of oil Cardinal? |

There is a huge propaganda war going on. What is really happening out there?
Can we believe our side any more than them? I heard a US Military Specialist stating that there was absolutely n9 way Ukraine could win this war because of the sheer size and numbers of the Russian Forces in which case our money and arms are just resulting in the unnecessary deaths of more soldiers and civilians. The alternative is that the Ukrainians are giving the Russians one hell of a beating and their Army is on the verge of mutiny. Who are we to believe? |
|
By:
The war is already won.
Zelensky merely firing press-ganged cannon-fodder back into the frontline. Wouldn't be surprised if the Ukraine part-timers start rebelling and shooting their occifers. |

![]() I don’t know what is happening in Ukraine to comment Cardinal. You should know me better! The day of Lizzie’s funeral is confirmed as a Bank Holiday. How does that work for zero hour contracted workers or any worker not on salary? There’s no future in England’s Dreaming! |
